Our time here was cut due to communication failures and lies.
I had never been late extort when I had lost my job.
Communication with the office was only dialog when we went into the office. Email correspondence was never replied to, and when they brought in their attorney and we were directed to them, STILL never responded to.
You will be lucky to get HALF of your security deposit, as they will nickel and dime it away from you, and not do the work.
Their maintenance practices are shoddy at best. Our HVAC filters were never changed by them in the time that we were there. And when our hot water was out before a weekend prior to a surgical procedure for my wife, we had to heat water on the stove for her to bathe with!
Add to that the smoke alarms that were expired over a year ago.
You pay monthly for “pest control” but only see them about every third out fourth month. And yet the bugs are STILL there!
You are actually better going elsewhere than to have to be lied to by this company! They are only here to take your money!

Lived here for two years. First year was okay. Building was old. Had some smells. However our second year living there we got infested with roaches. Something we are STILL struggling with in our second home since living here. Just had to find out that our washer is ruined bc of roaches that we got from Woodhollow. I unfortunately would not recommend living here.

Woodhollow has a great diverse community. The office staff are amazing and understanding. I was a resident for about 2 years, they have always been so patient and worked with me during hard times. The area is safe and the community itself is nice and collaborative. My only complaint is the roach issue, my entire floor struggled with this issue and I was charged for pest control upon moving out. Other than that, I would recommend Woodhollow. The area is amazing, amazing staff members, and community.

Hey Team - What is the best email address to contact the corporate office? Since there is no proper response from the leasing management I would need to talk to corporate department of this Management group.

The most roach infested place that I have ever lived in! If you're going to move into these apartments make sure you stock up on ROACH SPRAY! These roaches come in tribes! These roaches crawl on you while you're sleeping they end up in your food. ROACH HEAVEN! We gave these leeches 2 grand to move out and break our contract! We wanted out!

I would not and never rent an apartment here again. Their predatory practices of NOT giving back a tenants full deposit borders on greed and fleecing. They charge me for damages for an apartment that I never spent a single night in and only used it to store books in.

They charge me $250.00 for paint damages to an apartment that never had furniture in it. They charge me another $150.00 for carpet damages that had little to no traffic on it.

They are financial vultures that will look to gain any kind of financial advantage at the expense of exploiting their tenants.

I plan to report them to the State of Missouri Attorney GeneralOffice for fraudulent practices. RUN in another direction! The people are outright predators and will stop at nothing to retain your deposit. They falsely take pictures after you move out of areas unbeknownst to you to justify the securing of your deposit.

This apartment complex is awful, i’ve lived here going on three years because when a young 19 year old looks for their first apartment they want a lower rent and free parking.you get much more i promise.you get roach infested homes crazy charges and fees for cleaning and pest control even though the halls aren’t ever clean and there’s bugs every where.rent increase with no reasonings.i went a year and a half without a working refrigerator after putting in over 50 work orders.two years with a bathroom sink drain that didn’t drain properly that i just had fixed finally.if your a/c breaks they’ll simply say if it’s not 80° th y can’t do anything.they will barely answer the office phone.a pool that’s poorly maintained.they will show you an update building with nice floors and freshly painted walls while you apartment will have moldy carpet in the halls and peel and stick tiles in the stair way and your house will say updated kitchen with water damaged drawers and cabinets.oh and the best part you’ll be charged for hard wood floors that are actually uneven self installed peel and stick boards made to mimic wood.long story short they have a 2.6 rating but they should be shut down for fraud and arrested for the living conditions.if they’re ere parents and we were their children we’d all be in foster care by now.to make matters worse my friends who also happens to be a mom is having a/c issues and has been for almost a month and her son, and two fur babies have to deal with the added heat as it continue to inch towards 90° y’all need to do better and if you replaced appliances when people move out, having neighborhood socials for no reason and stop painting over all the air vents you’d spend less money paying maintenance and cleaning crews.maybe you should make the quality of living better and you’re residents wouldn’t have a problem with increased rent

Update June 2023: Laundry room in my building has been out of order about a month now. No end in sight and every time I call and ask about the status I get nothing but attitude.

Due to an error by my bank, I had a rent payment bounce. Paid it the same day I found out it happened. Received an extremely nasty letter from the office threatening to turn me over to law enforcement if it wasn't paid. Hey guys! I paid it YESTERDAY. These people don't care at all about anyone living here. One mistake and they threaten you with a poorly written letter riddled with mistakes. I even called to let them know ahead of time.

Do not be fooled by the good reviews. Woodhollow has a serious roach problem. It doesn't matter how clean your apartment is, you'll be dealing with them. It's disgusting. Their idea of maintaining the property well is a joke. Outdoor fixtures are burnt out or broken, one of my building entrances has a perpetual slick mud spot right outside it, and trash/dust/cobwebs are all over common areas. They do not consider your shower/tub not working an emergency. If you don't have heat or AC, it's not much of a priority either. My rent was increased last year for no discernable reason, because the property looks horrible. Dingy carpet in the hallways, potholes everywhere, overflowing trash cans outside. You are much better off going elsewhere. If I could afford to break my lease, I would in a heartbeat.

Lived here for 1 year, no problems until our last month. Had a mouse living in the maintenance room, and a large chunk of our deposit was kept for paint correction and carpet cleaning. No way it costs $400 for this, and not sure why the carpets needed to be cleaned as we vacuumed before we left. We were good tenants that did not damage anything and always paid rent on time. It is unfortunate that this happened to us in the end. Rates are decent but you get what you pay for.

I recently visit Woodhollow Apartments. The ladies in the office were awesome, and answered all my questions. Apartments are reasonably priced. My client definitely will be applying!

This company is pathetic. They will take your entire application fee and $250 admin fee and still deny your application without you being refunded anything. That is considered stealing. Also I recently visited a friend’s apartment at this location and the roaches are horrible, Please don’t stay here HORRIBLE.

This company has stolen from my mother. My mother recently applied for a apartment at Woodhollow in Maryland Heights, she did her application and paid the application fee of $25 but was then charged another $225 non refundable deposit and then in the same day received an email stating she was denied the apartment due to other reasons. Ok understood but what was the $225 deposit for when she paid a $25 application fee? And did not get the apartment. And I have already emailed the company with no response or explanation they took advantage of a person on a fixed income. Pathetic

My son recently moved out. I don’t agree with the fees that was applied. One of the fees was for red stain on the kitchen counter. The kitchen counter is so old anything and everything will stain it. I know they not going in and replacing the kitchen counter for the next renter. Another charge was for the cleaning of the oven and refrigerator. He doesn’t cook and never used the stove and I personally cleaned the stove myself. Again you can’t tell if the stove is cleaned because it’s ancient and dengue. It’s like a yellowish color. The refrigerator was cleaned as well and all the drawers were washed and pulled out and placed on the ancient kitchen counter tops! It was about $200 in fees that are questionable. If anyone moves out take pictures and do a walk thru with the management team. You will get charged. Somethings like cleaning carpet and touch up paint should be done for the next tenant anyway!

Absolutely horrible complex. Expect to find cockroach’s I saw a cockroach 3 times a day for almost year, one even crawled on my chest when I was laying down. I also killed one with the “pest control” flyer they gave me. But aside from all that, when you move out they will charge you $200+ for carpet cleaning and to paint the walls, doesn’t matter if you did absolutely no damage and it’s clean… they will still charge you. Terrible money hungry complex that doesn’t care about you as a tenant AT ALL!

I was scheduled to move in last week, and when I got there the apartment hadn’t had an inspection so they moved my move in to 13th and yesterday I go there the apartment didn’t pass inspection. They tried to offer me a different apartment but I didn’t like it. It’s just so sad. I have stuff in my car, taking days off work just to move and getting disappointed every time. I asked them to cancel my application and they said they can’t refund the deposit. That is literal stealing. I haven’t been there even for a single day. I might have to report this. It is a good place but how they do things sometimes is just unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. They didn’t even know when the apartment was going to be ready so I have no move in date. I’ve had to cancel Ameren twice and on top of that I’m paying renters insurance.

Never been in an apartment. Given that, I am less than impressed. I have already spent money on repairs that should have been done before I moved in. Way to much ignorant behavior by " neighbors".

Everybody so awesome and the ladies were working in the office are so professional a great manager God bless the whole staff I've lived here over 5 years so far I like it and the people are great I have great Neighbors sometimes it's hard for me to get around but I got good neighbors that will help me if they can so happy holidays from Mr House

Woodhollow apartments are very affordable and comfortable.last 2 years never faced any problems.leasing office very supportive and helpful.

I am a RETURNING resident! And I Love it here still! It's a very spacious and affordable apartment for myself and 2 kids! It's the Perfect location and accommodates my needs! Kudos to our AWESOME leasing office crew. Nicole, Brittney, and Sydney! Who makes my stay even more rewarding. They're very professional and about They're business! But very understanding as well. They're attentive to their residence needs and wishes. And I TRULY appreciate them for all they do! And to our grounds keeper. THANK YOU for going above and beyond in keeping our home soo IMMACULATE! YOU are APPRECIATED!

Maintenance is amazing! Clean, friendly and well managed property. Perfect place for families! The ladies in the office are always friendly! Thank you Sydne and Brittney!
