On-site property manager Cassie has gone above and beyond to get things fixed around here despite all of the challenges and waiting that come along with it.

The on site property manager Cassie is a go getter for sure. A multitasking machine and also a kind and decent human. She listens and she hears her leasees’when problems arise and she takes care of them. She’s also very understanding if you have less than good credit or have had any legal trouble. I love her. 5 stars and then some

I have lived in these apartments for going on 6 years now. There have been several managers in an out since and barely any maintenance. What keeps me here is the low rent. They have increased it a few times since I been here and although I do not feel it is worth it I do feel like our management we have now is great! Cassie has always done everything in her power to work with me and to get things done. There was a time I went through a really rough period and she went out of her way to help me through it which was way above and beyond her job description. I really appreciate her and feel she really does bring more value to this place just by being present in the office to assist people. Very personable and compassionate. I give Cassie 5 ️️️️️Thank you!

Lived here for over a year now. The first thing I can say is don't waste your time or money here. Had problems getting the apartment because I needed a cosigner? My parents are dead, and I'm a college student. Any cosigner is someone I don't know. Arrived at the place, and the first thing to be said is there was paint everywhere on the floor, so the place never looked clean. The walls are warped, and the floors have soft spots. And when it rains too hard, the power goes out. And within the first year of me being here, a bat flew out into my apartment that had come from the ceiling. The laundry room isn't free, which they don't tell you and the parking lots are bad. There are lots of broken things in the apartment, too, like the window that doesn't open and the back screen door that is torn up. And the carpet in the bedroom feels and smells likes it's never been cleaned. Disgusting.

Nice friendly neighborhood. My only complaint is that they give such short notice when maintenance is required to enter your apartment.

I have lived in these apartments for going on 5yrs now. They went through about 3-4 office managers in the first two years I lived here. Now that we have had Cassie these past few years it seems things have gotten so much better. I’m sure she is still playing catch up from the messes that were left before her but overall I have had no issues living here since she has been in charge. She genuinely listens and does her best at getting to anything needed in a timely manner. I’m truly happy to have her here making the difference.

First I'd like to Thank Cassie (office manager) for addressing anything that may come up. She always ask if everything is ok and cares about the tenants here. My granddaughters and I have lived here 3 yrs come Aug and haven't had any problems. Our apt is a 3 bdrm and plenty spacious for the 3 of us. If anyone were to ask me about the management and living here I would difently give it a 100^

This place is horrible! It wasn't cleaned, work still needed to be done, things were broken, was not move in ready! These people are running a slum! If I could give it a negative star I would! Disgusting and filthy- best I could use to describe this place!

There are bats in the ceiling. They have been there for two years and the apartments have never cleaned the attic out. Do not move here, they seem nice but when it comes to fixing things it’s terrible but you get what you pay for. Multiple people have to get lawyers for the issues going on. Also bat bugs are in the building (and others) that will keep showing up since the ceiling has never been cleaned out. Building 907…

Do not waste you time and money trying to apply they never answer the phone and their corporate office kept trying to make me apply to their other properties do not pay the application fee its a scam.
