Woodrail Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Clinic, Columbia MO

While I have found my experience with Dr. Keithahn to be one of the best in the medical profession, the office staff at Woodrail clinic leaves much to be desired. Repeated situations where patient confidentiality is violated along with argumentative behavior, unprofessionalism among the nursing staff, and poor communication with patients makes the clinic almost unbearable.

Seriously the worst experience at a Dr's office as i am in the medical field myself. They sent me a text message 2 days prior to my son's appt to inform me his doctor was no longer with the practice and they cancelled his appt without offering a new doctor or to reschedule. Then i call to refill his prescription and it has been over a week now that he has been WITHOUT his medication. I call every day and the front desk says they are waiting on a Dr's approval. For a week? Not acceptable! The front desk is not coordinated, i get a different person and different answer every time i call. Ridiculous! I will not return to this office!

This place is terrible they have nurses walking around demanding that they be called doctor, like Dr. Perez she can’t even write a prescription she’s not allowed but she scheduled me for a blood draw and a PSA when I get to her office she don’t have a clue why I’m there and then tells me our labs been close since March and this is July 28,2020 then she tells me she can reschedule me somewhere else I got up and left, They could’ve called me two months ago and told me that their labs were closed, but they didn’t, They are just there to bill your insurance because they can’t write a prescription and all they wanna do is refer you to other doctors so why are they there? Pitiful!
