Apartments are okay. They do fix things right away. However they apartments always smell like weed. Also there's only an ac in the front room, so it does get hot in the summer. You have to sleep in your front room if you want to be cool.

Been living here since June of this year and absolutely love it here. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood.
