Woodworth Custom Trailers reviews
4Bought a king pin to gooseneck adapter the box said $575 it was dusty and scratched up then old guy hits on my wife and since she wasn't interested he charged us $650. Go elsewhere is my recommendation.
It's been a few years back, but we drove up from Central OK to purchase 3 42' hay trailers. They had them stacked and strapped down for us when we arrived for us to hit the road. I've yet to see a heavier built inline hay trailer today. The quality of the welds, wiring, paint is top notch.
We were on vacation pulling our camper from Illinois to Colorado for vacation and had a blowout. I called another store in the town and they did not have the tire (s) that I needed, but they put me in touch with Mr. Woodworth. There was a reason that we had a blowout where we did. Called and talked with them and they had the tire and asked if I could get them installed that afternoon. They said yep, just bring it in and we will get you taken care of. Well, it was about 4: 30 and AAA had not showed up yet to replace the tire, so I called him and told him that we would not make it today, but asked about the the next day. He said yes, they could do it the next day. Asked if there was someplace nearby that we could camp overnight and he said that there was not really any campgrounds in the area, and the fair was getting ready to happen so we couldn't park there. He offered us a spot on his property for the night. We stopped and got some food and was eating our dinner outside the camper and he came over and talked with us for close to an hour. When he went to leave, he said there would be someone there around 6: 00 am to get us back on the road. Told him that was not necessary for someone to come in that early to work and he said that was their normal starting time. The guys showed up, we moved the camper over to the barn and these guys busted their butts for my family to get things done quickly. Ended up buying 5 tires and a new battery from them. They had us back on the road by 8: 30 am that morning. My wife, made the comment, it was like we were back in Mayberry again. I cannot recommend this place enough. The entire shop was very good to us out of towners and got us back on track from what started out as a pretty bad vacation.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your hospitality and dedication to your customers. We very much appreciated it.
