Super clean used vehicle! Paul went out of his way to be helpful with every question or need we had during the purchasing process. This was our second vehicle purchase from Woodys in the last 2 years.

Brecken did an amazing job. The only complaint I would have is that the process took much longer than I had expected. But we were also in there on a Saturday and they were very busy.

Lied about the mileage and wasted my morning. Sitting on 2018 Expedition that probably paid to much for.second bad experience. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience with Jason in sales! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I needed.

When it came to the financing department I had lots of trouble. There were things that were done wrong from the beginning and I had to suffer the consequences of the employee mess up. I ended up having to wait until the day my temp tag expired to even get my car title to be able to license my car…. I called multiple times regarding my title and was told the same thing every time, just with a different timeline.

All in all, my experience could have been worse, but it is super frustrating to have to deal with things that could have been prevented if employees would have taken the time to ensure what they were doing was correct. I love my car and am so glad I was able to make a purchase that day, but wish things would have went more smoothly.

Buyer Beware unless you have PERFECT credit DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE! You will not get approved and they will just laugh on the phone with you when you call them first to check on things because they have POOR communication I'm not saying don't go here to buy a vehicle but if you don't have PERFECT credit you are wasting your time

Woody's is an hour and a half away from our home but saw some cars online that we wanted to check out. Spent the day, and came home with a car the we like at a good price. The selection of used cars was amazing. If you are in the market for a used car, go check them out.

Doesn’t even deserve the one star I am forced to give. If I could go negative 100 I would. Absolute terrible interaction. Never had a worse experience! Told them what I could afford even after they completely low balled my offer by $5,000 from other unseen online offers. They said “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” “give us a chance to get this deal done for you” they came back DOUBLE where I needed to be. Ohhh and they will run your credit a minimum of 7 times and up to 30 if you allow them. I even asked about this before they ran it and they said a couple to get the best deal. 7 is their minimum is what I found out after they did it all within 3 minutes. This place is full of crooks. They do not care about the customer. The response I got after their “best offer” good luck in your search man, sorry I couldn’t get it done. 100% do not recommend, another shady dealership to stay away from!

They advertise vehicles on their page they don’t have at a good price. Once you show up they will tell you they don’t have the vehicle and proceed to try to sell you a vehicle they have in stock. Bad business practices.

The BEST equipment at the BEST PRICE! You can't beat this dealership! I've tried twice and end up buying from them! Polly and Brie (sales) make every effort to give me VIP treatment. I never thought I'd love an auto dealership but, I love this dealer!

Go somewhere else. We bought a car that should have never passed inspection. Cory thinks he can bully people into what he wants to do, pass the blame onto anyone but themselves and then never bother to return your calls ever again. Yeah we got our money back. But i believe its only because i left a review calling them crooks. To be honest even after returning the 2008 saturn outlook I still feel like they are crooks and I was treat poorly through the entire process. The saturn needs a new transmission. Sold it to us with horrible ball joints, tie rods and bad sway arms. None of it should have passed inspection! But i had to pay for 2 inspections to prove them wrong. Who knows if the remote start even worked, the remote was broken and the engine light was on. Im sorry we wasted so much time on this place.

Far and away the best and easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. Polly was an absolute sweetheart, made me and my family comfortable, and took her time to listen to what I needed. She politely and kindly showed me all the inventory that matched my requirements. This is the place to go if you need a new vehicle.

We made several visits looking for a vehicle, test driving a handful of different models at varying prices. We met with Brecken and Jason and had a great experience. The first time I went I wasn't even thinking about buying yet and they never pressured me into making a purchase or choosing a specific vehicle. The day we finally bought, Jason was super helpful and met our financial needs at every turn.

Also, they offer water bottles and have a tumbler fountain which may seem like a weird thing to review about but I'm a huge water drinker and we were there for a long time so I really appreciate it.

Would definitely recommend, especially if you aren't 100% sure on what model or price range yet. They are really patient with you while you narrow that down!

Easily the best and fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Drove down from Chicago suburbs. Long drive, but worth it! Got the car I had been eyeing for months. They had me in and out, paperwork signed and keys in hand within an hour and a half. Super thanks to Polly and Paul for taking care of me!

A fantastic experience at Woody’s today. Polly and Brianna were top notch In helping me navigate the sales buying process and made what is normally a dreadful process easy and as fun as it can be. Danny, Brandon and the service team were super friendly and also fit me into a tight schedule to make a couple of changes to my new vehicle. Stopped in Chillicothe on my way to Minnesota when my car started squealing. My regular service guy back home said to try Woody's, so I did. The service guys there went above and beyond to squeeze me in (they had good luck with another job that had finished early; don't go expecting that you'll get squeezed in!). Turns out, it was something very easy to fix, so I was quickly back on the road. The guys who helped me were kind and respectful. They never made me feel like a silly woman who just doesn't know any better. If I lived in town, I'd be taking my car here for all service.
