Our son has been training here for almost 5 years and loves it. While it started with us suggesting the class, it’s now his committed determination to keep advancing belts. He is not only gaining physical skills but leadership as well! The teachers are great mentors and I love how the students vary in skill and inspire each other!

Master LaGarce us unbelievable as an instructor. My son is on the spectrum and he is absolutely great with him. He is patient but knows when knows when to be stern with the class. He makes sure the kids are ready and know what is expected of them prior to testing. Highly recommend

Master Lagarce at the O'Fallon location has been absolutely amazing. My son has learned a lot and has attained amazing skills both in the art of Martial Arts but also in his everyday life. They push many values that seem to be obsolete nowadays. He is rewarded for going above and beyond and doing good deeds in the community, helping him learn the importance of giving back, listening and discipline at a young age. His classes are well structured as he builds upon the skills you have learned. Master LaGarce focuses on each individuals progress to ensure forms are correct, techniques are accurate, and the student fully understands why these techniques are being built upon.
