Dr. Xinrong Frank Lu is an amazing, wonderful, outstanding Doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone I know and don’t know. Trust me when I say you’re in great hands. He listens very carefully when I explain my situation to him, I like that in a doctor. That alone is a plus! Schedule appointment they fill up fast.

Dr. Lu took the time to ask me questions about my tremors and blood pressure. He also explained how to take the medicine he is prescribing for me.

I don't appreciate this department not allowing me to be scheduled early cuz when someone canceled their mri appointment I asked to replace them & they SD no. Why not? No health care personnel should tell a patient no cuz it's ur job to help them. If u don't wanna work clock out n go home.

I have had a great experience with Dr Lu, I was diagnosed with SPS and he came up with a plan to help me. I was having very severe spasms and nerve pain, now I am nerve pain and spasm free. Despite my inability to walk independently and require a walking device, I am very happy being pain free. Thank God for Dr Lu!
