3Great doctor/pediatrician. Go to this doctor all the time for any medical problems I have. Great execution of work.
One of the best in the St. Louis area. I was a patient of Dr. Yassin's and now my kids are her patients.
Dr. Yassin has some of the BEST bedside manners I've experienced. She's so good with my 3 year old and 1 year old, she's kind, patient, straight forward, honest and trustworthy. I trust her with my two babies that were born early/nicu. I've had events to call the exchange and Dr. Yassin was quick to call back.
The staff is always on it, quick to return calls, quick to get answers from Dr. Yassin and they move through the waiting room quickly, especially now with COVID.
The office is clean.
I saw a few negative reviews and I can say as a patient from 8-17 years old and now the past 4 years. I have not had any of those experiences.
We scheduled a appointment for my new born and i was told to come in next day, we went next day and found out that doctor is not available for 2 weeks.the staff was very rude and only NP was available.they need to learn how to tell them truth about doctor availability and mention it when people schedule their appointment.the RUDE staff need to learn how to apologize and not say to reschedule it with doctor when they never tell if only NP is available during the call.
