Ye Olde English Inn, Hollister MO

Nice little local place to grab a beer! Pretty extensive draft beer list with major and and local options. Happy to have stumble on this place when in town!

If your looking for a historical place to stay that’s rich in history this is your place. Our room was small, which is fine but your not going to have everything you need in your room. Theirs no temperature control in the room, no coffee, no microwave. The coffee and microwave are located in a little room out in the hallway. Theirs no elevator only stairs. The restaurant downstairs has really great food and is very busy from lunch till they close. So the noise level can get high and is easily heard in your room. But it’s a inn and this is part of your stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is awesome. Would I stay here again probably not, would I come here to eat most definitely.

I did not stay in one of the rooms but the pub caught my eye and I had to take everyone to it so we could check it out.
Everyone loved the food and drinks as well as the staff.

The Black and Blue was amazing. The smoked wings were our favorite. They had something for everyone and wonderful decor.

Charming and handsome all at once! My hubby and I had lunch here. We grabbed a drink from the bar while we waited for a table and sat on the comfiest couch ever! The genuinely kind host sat us at our table and we were waited on quickly. The food was perfect and delicious. Today we had the poutine and the reuben sandwich with chips. Enough for 2 to share easily. This restaurant is beautiful, a lovely place to stop for a meal. We will be coming back next time we are in Branson to try more of the food!

We arrived at 10 p.m. After a long day of travel only to find out that our 17-year-old could not stay at the hotel due to a rule that no one under 18 is allowed to stay, even with their parent. We had our reservation over a month in advance and there was no mention of this arbitrary "rule" when we booked. We had 8-10 rooms reserved for our Homecoming party and several had to find a different hotel after 10 pm. The individual behind the desk was very unfriendly and not very helpful. No explanation was give as to why this "rule" was in place - "Just the rule"

Ended up finding this Inn as a result of an adjacent eatery being unexpectedly closed. We only stopped in to dine and that turned out to be a real plus. Interesting décor, filling food and very friendly help. Civilized patrons in an authentic pub atmosphere with proper beverages and a great music mix.

Ate at the pub restaurant. Good beer choices. Outstanding Reubens! I got yummy steamed broccoli for my side. We bring all our visitors here for supper
Quaint, historical and fun!

Good Hotel to stay and experience the old style living. Since, it's built in 1912, the amenities were not like the modern hotel rooms. But the staff is friendly and nice. We liked the restaurant & bar at the hotel, nice music. Most of the attractions in Branson are in proximity of 3-4 miles from this hotel. Would love to stay again!

Really good resturant, actually cares about their food, their burgers are fire and fries are SUUUPER crunchy and crispy!

Fantastic visit. Had a wonderful stay here, what a hidden Gem. Been past here many many times. Very quaint place, rooms was very clean. Many famous people had stayed here.

I thought that the staff was nice. And the room I had was comfortable and clean. Also, there are a few little shops all the way along the sidewalk.

This Inn was amazing with a wonderful restaurant and bar. The food and service was out of this world. Will be going back!

Was a nice little inn with a lot of charm. The restaurant downstairs was very good, we ate their twice during our visit.

I will say you should know before you go that the room sizes are fairly small if that matters to you and there are no refrigerators in the rooms.
