This is just another poorly operated 501C. The members pay for the inadequacy of “leadership” top to bottom.
Cold showers for a week at the NKC location… when I called the centers director he had just learned of the problem 5 days in? Really?
I tried calling the KC HQ for the YMCA, however the phone system is automated trash…. Wait.use the prompt.then it hangs up on you. Every extension, every time.
Seems as if the national folks need to roll through and mop the floors…pathetic.
