Was good till I bit into a piece of silicone or hot glue. Employee was very sympathetic and offered full refund but was unsure of if she processed it correctly. Told us to come back if the refund did not go through.

Owner was very responsive responded to both me and partner, charges never even hit my account and owner was responsive to my partner on email chain.

I’ve visited this place a few times when I’m in town to visit family, and it’s been great in the past. This time, I was shocked at how grubby and unsanitary the place was. Some of the frozen yoghurts “were not swirling” (granted, as it was later in the evening of a hot day, some of them were not frozen completely. The bathroom (the one that was not out of order) was filthy; toilet had not been flushed, tp holder was broken on the floor, there was no soap and no hand towels (I hope the employees use a different bathroom and can wash their hands). Overall, it was just really icky. What a shame to see it so run down as it always has been a great place.

I always love the stuff here! The employee who rung me up (Eva I believe) was super super sweet and made my experience so much greater! I love this place so much and will be coming back a ton.

I had the Oreo flavor. It was SO good. The menu online wasn’t up to date. I originally went in for the peanut butter ice-cream but they didn’t have it. But the Oreo was very very good! It definitely is overpriced for sure. I usually pay half of what I did at other places. But overall it was very good.

Drove all the way there just to find out they were now closed on sundays because of low staff. Wasted gas, should of updated your website people.

Great selection of flavors. I definitely enjoy the boba bubbles, at least 6 different flavors. They have a military discount, that goes a long way. I will definitely be going again.

Still an awesome place years after I first got froyo here. I'd love if they upgraded their register with tap-to-pay.

Feels clean, generally no major issues with machines being down. Lots of topping options and friendly enough staff. It is unreasonably cold inside.

What an oasis on a horribly hot day! My cousins were in town last month for a visit, and we went to dinner on the Plaza. Afterwards, I was showing them around and we stopped in at Yogurtini's for a cool dessert.

It was, as always, a great experience. The place is open and airy, and all the flavors of frozen yogurt are so YUMMY! I always try new ones, and I'm never disappointed. This time, they even offered puppy bowls of frozen yogurt for $3.00-a small bowl of plain yogurt made of dog-friendly ingredients. That was perfect since they were traveling with their dog!

It's always such a treat to stop at Yogurtini's. The servers are friendly, the place is cool, and the frozen yogurt is the BEST! Thank you for the perfect dessert on a really hot day!

Enjoyed this a lot. Better than some other concepts we've visited. Wide selection of yogurts, with several allergy-friendly choices. Liked the topping choices. Well worth the price.

Really, what's not good about gluten-free, dairy-free frozen yogurt. Its absolutely a true pleasure for your tummy when your lactase lactose intolerant and there is a sweet treat available to you and you won't suffer later. Easy Peasy quick a easy. Delicious for children and Adults.

Love, love, love their frozen yogurt. So many different flavors, & toppings galore. I’m like a kid in a candy store as froyo is my vice. The store is incredibly clean and staffed with friendly faces. When I’m in town, this place is always on my list.

In my opinion #1 place to go for frozen yogurt! Amazing flavors, Amazing Service, and Great Atmosphere. If your ever in the area be sure to stop in and treat yourself don't cheat yourself
