New clinic is spacious and efficient. Prices are reasonable and Dr. Diesel always takes time with patients! Vet tech Tori was also great with my nervous pup.

They are so good with lil bit an so friendly I love all the staff their they understand me very well an they are very caring. I will always tell people to come to them since they are so good with my dog lil bit.

Very knowledgeable and nice staff - I found my cat outside when she was a few days old and brought her here since! She ended up being super wobbly and when I called to ask about it they immediately asked me to send them a video to review her walking and then within minutes was able to tell me she had CH and what it was (never was charged!) + never wait long + always get treats during visits and try to make pets feel comfortable + never feel rushed + pets are priority!

The doctors and technicians always go the extra mile to make my dogs feel comfortable and take there time making sure they are healthy or figuring out what to do with any issues they have. I love every employee there and will recommend them to everyone who has pets. I also love the new place!

I cannot say enough good things about Yorkshire Animal Hospital. I used to take my dog Zoe to Dr. Diesel until she passed away. I now have another dog Chewy and I am back with Yorkshire. They are so caring, very professional and I always feel safe and know they will do what is best for my doggie. The staff is great too! I highly recommend Yorkshire.

Dr. Cindy is the only person I trust to take care of my crew. She takes her time with each patient and their family members. Everything is always throughly explained and questions answered. She will call after hours to discuss updates. If you are in need of a vet that looks at your pet as a part of your family go see Dr. Cindy at Yorkshire Animal hospital. The entire staff is wonderful. I can't thank you all enough for what you have done for past and current fur babies.

Everyone there is so friendly & so kind to not only me but also to my dog Toby. Dr. Diesel just loves on him & so does the vet tech so he is so at ease.

Dr. Turner took his time with our two cats. He answered all of our questions. Took time to explain the condition our one cat has, as well as provided educational materials. He told us the best food to use and other care tips. He did not rush us, or act impatient with all our questions.

Staff is very personable. Like the growth of the practice (more vets and staff) and the new offices are very nice.

These people don't listen to you. I went in for JUST a rabies and FAVN consultation for a FAVN rabies titer test. This was required in order to travel with my pet without my pet getting quarantined. I KNEW all the steps needed after the required vaccines and tests were passed. Yet they kept trying to get me to PAY extra for research that they thought they had to do FOR me? ME pay for RESEARCH? Second appointment in (to get the FAVN sample) I sent my other half and they sent him home with papers I already had for the continuation of direct airport release steps. They DID NOT have to do any of that. I just needed them to give my dog the required vaccines and send the FAVN test to the lab, as I'm not able to myself.

They kept wanting to baby step me through everything I ALREADY knew I had to do. I expressed how upset I was with this and asked for my results, as it had already came in 2 months later and they NEVER SENT IT.

A YEAR has now passed, when I call and they realize it is me asking for my test results they huff and puff over the phone, and STILL say "It says we've never received the results" and "I'll put in a request and get back to you later" still NOTHING. I ask if I could confirm my email through the phone so they have the right information and they give me another heavy sigh and say "I will request confirmation" What is that? Such a rude receptionist.

I had to push back my travel date TWICE because of this. Requesting your results directly from the lab is discouraged, but after a YEAR I finally emailed the lab and WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED they sent my results to me. What was so hard for this clinic to email my results?

These people are money hungry and don't care about you if they don't get their pay. I'm so upset I'll also be reporting them to the Veterinary Medical Board.

I could have moved last year. This place is ridiculous.

We absolutely love EVERYTHING about Yorkshire. I have been coming to Yorkshire with our pets since I was a little kid. Now as a "grown-up", my husband and I trust their staff with our two dogs. Lola and Josie are in the best of care with them. I love that I can trust them with their care whether its for check-ups or extended stays!

Yorkshire Animal Hospital is truly a wonderful vet. The vets and techs always show our dogs so much love and care and we know they are in the best hands with them. They were able to squeeze in our pup when she lost a nail and provide her with the care and meds she needs to recover. Our other pup had to go through heart worm treatment soon after we adopted him and they took amazing care of him. I fully trust them with my babies!

Always so patient and sweet with my dog and cats that are terrified of the vet! I absolutely love Yorkshire animal hospital!
