Youngblood Auto Group / Springfield PreOwned reviews
20Purchased a Kia forte from this place and it was a piece of junk and then they screwed me over with a Nissan Sentra will never buy another vehicle from this place ever again
I had work done on my car in the service department of Nissan Youngblood. The service was excellent and everybody was very kind. When my car was returned, everything was done. The car was clean, and I was very thankful.
My husband and I had a seamless experience with our car salesman! The financing was super easy as well. As we sit today, we are still so happy with the full experience of purchasing the gold beast (gold kia k5). Thank you to everyone at Youngblood auto! I highly highly recommend this place to everyone
First I want to say we've been working with Youngblood for a few years now. Brad and Nick at the service center have always been kind and have worked hard to make things work. While we've had problems with our Kia, we don't have problems with Youngblood. Their customer service is wonderful and they work hard to make things right.
I love my Sorento and I'm glad we've used Youngblood through this whole process. We'll definitely purchase our next car through Youngblood.
Recently purchased a second vehicle at Youngblood, great experience! I always get my car serviced at the dealership, anything from oil changes, tires and brakes. Love the service team! Chase is the best service advisor!
A couple nights ago Springfield MO was hit by a torrential downpour with winds in excess of 60 plus mph winds nocking down trees & power to the area. I just so happened to be on the road trying to get home when my Kia Sportage had an engine light go off and losing 90% of it's power. Needless to say the experience was less than awesome, nerve racking would be more like it. What was Awesome, was the next morning. I was able to make an appointment to have Kia Sportage looked at. Brad Duggins (my Service Advisor) and Youngblood's Service Techs put that all to rest while I was provided wit a shuttle ride home. I'm here to say They Got my Sportage running in Tip Top Shape! I was very worried because it seemed very grim. It wasn't, and as ALWAYS, I have been in Very Good Hands!
I cannot Thank Youngblood Kia Enough.

Amazing no pressure sales experience! Jeffery was awesome and Chuck worked magic! Love my new truck.
Paul and Chuck were by far the best salesmen. Understanding, patient, then listen to me, when it comes to what we need, and what we can afford and not all dealerships will do that. Extremely exquisite experience. Thank you so much.
Paul Rich was an excellent salesman, very informative, polite and overall just a great dude!
Best experience I have ever had buying a car. From sales to financing they were excellent and professional.
Aidan and everyone else I met were amazing! Aidan answered all my questions and had everything ready to go once I got there. The process was quick and easy. I will definitely be recommending and coming back for any further auto purchases.
Aidan at Youngblood Kia was so great to work with. We walked in, said what we wanted and were done in less than two hours. He was so kind and helped us find a deal that fit our budget and a car that exceeded our expectations. Their trade in values were fair and much better than other places we tried. Could not ask for a better car buying experience.
My Customer service experience was awful with Youngblood. I attempted to bring my vehicle in for service because the check engine light was on and got told after arriving for my appointment that I needed to schedule a separate appointment for a different dealership to look at my vehicle because it was not a Nissan. Communication was awful between the service department and the scheduling department. I would not recommend service at this dealership.
Had an amazing experience buying my vehicle from Youngblood. It was the easiest car purchase ever! From start to finish, our sales lady Tanner made us feel comfortable, our finance guy, Putty, was the funniest guy I've ever met. He kept us updated constantly and fought to get us lower rates and payments. I guess the best way to say it is, they made us feel like family. My next vehicle will come from Youngblood! Thanks Putty and Tanner!
Another 5 star experience at Youngblood! I've brought various makes and models to the service department over the years and they never let me down. Thanks again!
Excellent, friendly, efficient and thorough. One of the reasons I buy a car here is because of their service!
Everyone was great to work with especially Ryan. High recommend Youngblood to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle!
Youngblood sold me, a first time car buyer, a car under MAJOR recall without disclosure of the recall or any implications that come along with it. We purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Ford Focus SE in the last week of February. The problems with the car were almost immediately apparent. The part at fault is the TCM, which is on back order for a MINIMUM of 6 months. I am now, a young business owner, making full car & insurance payment for an undriveable car. We did not buy the warranty, & we take full responsibility for any issues that may come along regarding that, however the recall is not under the warranty. When the issues arose and we contacted Youngblood, they said if we bought the warranty (which was then marked up from when we first bought the car), it would be covered under warranty. Long story short, they lied & it was not covered under warranty. They also lied about the car even being qualified for the recall. If Youngblood had disclosed us about the recall & the implications of the recall prior to purchasing, we would take full responsibility without issue. The issue here, is that the entire Youngblood team have worked together to screw over not only I, but many other people in the exact same way. They are shady, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Do NOT buy a car from here.
My wife and I were looking for a used Minivan. An online search led to Youngblood preowned cars. The sales rep we worked with was Paul Rich. He did a great job for us. He was attentive but not pushy. In the end we worked out a deal and bought a Honda Odyssey.
Started at Nissan new car dealer first. Greeted and was treated very good. Looked at several cars and was given several options on financing. We decided to hold up on buying due to timeline. We left new dealer and was going home so knowing we was not buying for couple of weeks I decided to go to Youngblood used car lot across the street. We were greeted by Kamron Grant a super nice salesman and explained we were looking but not sure if we were going to buy. We first drove a Nissan Sentra and it drove good. Very good price on it to. When returning we had found out it just sold. So I mentioned to Kamron that we really didn't want big payments. He showed us a few cars and they really was not what we were looking for. He told us about a 2013 Nissan Altima that was traded in with 89000 mile waiting to be checked out. He located it and we loved it. Nice clean straight body with no apparent body damage period. Good car fax and dealer serviced its whole life. Test drive and loved it. We got our money together and some simple financing with a list of the things they promised to address and off we go. I have to admit out of the 30 or so cars I have bought throughout my life this by far was the easiest no pressure sales I have ever done. The finance manager got us several points lower than first talked about and absolutely no pressure sales tactics. Between Kamron Grant and Clayton Davis the finance manager it could not have been any easier.
I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan Used Car dealer to everyone rather it be for new or used I don't think you can go wrong. My wife is happy and that makes it even greater.
Great job guys. 110%.

Update battery gone bad less than 2 years ago. Bought new Nissan battery over the counter and today battery went stone cold dead. Took battery back to Nissan and was told car had to be present with battery to check battery. Car and wife stranded. Told me they can replace battery under warranty if car is present and wanted me to pay for tow bill just to get replacement battery. I basically got ripped. Do not go to these blood sucking dealers. I have worked in automotive dealer a hood part of my life and to tell a customer they can’t test a battery out of a car is a pure lie. Screw them for poor customer service and our next car sure won’t be a Nissan.
