Great experience. Did not try to force a sale, and went into detail on everything. Let us know which car would suit us the best for what all we do. Anytime we had a question, we would get a response very quickly. After we made the purchase the manager came out and talked with us along with our salesman. We’re very nice and trustworthy. I would advise anyone that Springfield KIA is a top of the line place to go.

As always, from the first phone call to make the appointment to the end of the interaction with personnel, everything was great. They gave their input without pressure, no sales people pushing to purchase a vehicle, coffee and snacks were available, etc.
My new service person, Ben, was absolutely professional, and made sure that I understood everything.
My wife and I had a wonderful car buying experience at Springfield KIA. We had bought a new car three years ago with Youngblood Nissan and today's car buying experience equals if not exceeds that car buying experience. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and professional with no hassle negotiation. Brody Crawford was our salesman and I was very impressed with him for the characteristics referenced previously. I highly recommend Springfield KIA to my friends and family.
All previous issues in the past were fix with no issues.
Had our car serviced and had new tires put on today with no issues. Bradley our service adviser was great and helped us save some money by telling us about a tire deal a few months back, and today saved us some more money on a part we didn't need.
The only issue we had was last month when we thought we had setup an appointment for new tires using the Kia Tire Source, through Springfield Kia website. When we arrived for our appointment we found out that the Kia Tire Source never contacted and booked my appointment with Springfield Kia so we ended up wasting a trip to Springfield. If anyone uses the Kia Tire Source should either not bother using it or call Springfield Kia Services to setup or confirm your tires were ordered and your appointment was booked. Other than that, everything else is fine and I would recommend Bradley for your service adviser, we've worked with him several times with no problems.
The person that helped me through the service process was super helpful and made sure that I knew why I had to pay for what I did.
My salesman Erick Lassiter was awesome! He had me try a couple different SUV's & helped me decide what model was best for me. He took the time to explaine every little feature. Thank you so much! Love the new Sportage!
