Z Hair Academy, Lee's Summit MO

Our entire experience was unbelievably Awesome! We called desperate on Saturday am, two days before Christmas and were able to get a 1: 00pm appt. We were booked with Alayna who was very thorough with explaining process and prices. The end result was magnificent! Every employee was kind and the facility was clean and was beyond our expectation We will be back, Thank You!

Nancy did a Fantastic job on my wife's hair. She is really accurate and quick. As my wife cannot sit very long at all, back injury. 2023.

Girl who cut my hair was nice, but my hair is ridiculously uneven. And I have a really simple haircut. Instructor didn’t even check it. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and now my hair is insanely short because we had to even out what the student here did. Very unhappy and will not return ever again. Go somewhere else. (Girl is getting ready to graduate as well so she has been there a while. It’s not like she’s new on the floor or anything.)

Went to go get hair done, ended up not looking like inspo pic and not what we asked for. Rushed through the process as well.

I came in with a picture of the color and highlights I wanted, I was excited to see how my hair was going to turn out. I had 2 girls working on my hair. All done and washed I was SO DISAPPOINTED! It was the worst experience I've ever had with my hair, I was told to come in and they will fix it, there was no fixing it! The color I wanted I had to get toned because if we added more bleach it would fry my hair. The toner lasted a month I came back in and just got a permit color that I had toned. So I pretty much went back in to get a free toned hair and then come back in to pay for a die it's ridiculous!

Omg words can't describe how please I was with Lu! She was amazing I hope I am spelling her name right because I will follow her beyond this academy she has been excellent she took me from jet black to a beautiful reddish orange and kept the integrity of my hair amazing! I absolutely love the z hair academy and how the supervisors are teaching while the whole process goes down. I’m always worried about getting my curly hair cut from someone I don’t personally know but Gwen made it look so good!

We love getting our hair cut at Z's. The students are very good at what they do and the teachers always check their work thoroughly. The prices are fair and they are great with the adults and the kiddos.

I had a great experience at Z-Hair Academy. The haircut I received was exactly what I had asked for, and the styling afterwards made me love it even more. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I will definitely be going back in the future!

My stylist was Lu today at the Z - Hair salon. Lu listens to what I want and then does her “thing” and afterwards I walk away feeling like a million dollars! Priceless I think. See ya next time Lu!

I always get great service here! Never had a problem with anything. Cut, style, dye. They help me figure out what I want when I have no clue. It's the only place I go.

They took the time to understand what I wanted and got the color just right. The stylist (Abbie) was great and very professional.
