Best customer service. Alex store manager, went above and beyond helping me make a choice on the best diamond bands for my engagement ring. He definitely has a high expertise on the diamond business! He was also very patient as I went back and forth with the hubby while we talked finances. His expertise and patience are the charm maker! Satisfied customer! Excuse my nasty nails but this combination was one that I didnt even know I needed until he put them together!
