Our dentist moved his practice here.
My 20+ years of 100% covered preventative care is no longer covered with the same dentist.
Told me I didn’t owe anything that day.
When did I find out, when we received a bill.
Guarantee you they did not want to have that conversation with me when they were done with my appointment. They waited till after I left to send the bill.
No apologies.
Just pay up.

What kind of dentist pulls teeth and tells you to go home and take Advil? On a Friday no less when you can’t get any help if you get into trouble because it’s the weekend. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else.

My crown was placed in 2019 and has recently come off. After speaking with the Manager I was told I had to pay $364.
