Is it very clean place and well attended by employees. Vacuums are free and the cheapest car wash is awesome too! You don't have to spend a lot of money here to get a great wash!
Don’t go here on the weekend when everyone is trying to wash the salt off vehicle. I timed it and they were taking in between 2m30s to 3 minutes in between cars. I used to work in the car wash industry and we’d do 100 cars an hour on busy days like today. At the pace they are running they would average 25 cars an hour. Took over 30 minutes waiting in line, let me know if you need some consulting on how to run an efficient operation! Look at your most recent reviews and what your customers are trying to tell you.
Constantly broke down! The signage is never turned on, letting you know whether they are open or closed.you can't call the location directly to get information about their status, so you don't waste your time! I am still a member, but for how much longer, I'm not sure.
In 2023, I found a zip charge error on my credit card. Zip refused to refund. After numerous calls, I asked for document to prove I signed up for membership. I received membership document by email. The info on document was wrong for car model & license plate. An employee signed my name, not my signature. Only my credit card & printed name was right. Finally I got a refund for 3 months. No apology, after hours of numerous calling to correct. Nightmare customer service. Zip gave no thought or work or time to find error. Just standard answer: no refund. If you think they are wrong, ask for membership document tio verify!
If I can give 0 stars that is gone be the right number for them. I just wash my pikap here, and that is the worst wash I ever got. Will never ever come here again.
Still filthy after $25 wash! The back of the car was untouched by the wash. Wish we'd checked before hopping back on the interstate.
Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars! This company sucks! Half the brushes have been broke for over a year at Meramec Bottom and Tesson Ferry, the tire shine brushes don'twork, some of the driers dont work, half the vacuums dont work at Meramec Bottom, and there are never out of order signs. Both locations were coned off and closed today with no notice or email. Company has no customer service, no way to call, and makes it extremely hard to cancel. I have 3 monthly memberships and will have to have my credit card company dispute the charges. All the employees seem miserable and know the company sucks. They just keep saying the company tells them they are supposed to fix everything. This is literal and actual fraud! You guys should be ashamed! Worst company I've ever done business with! I am taking my business to Club Car Wash. At least they fix the broken equipment.
It was my first time here. One of the workers, Jora, was specifically very helpful and informative and made sure I had exactly what I needed. I will absolutely be coming back due to her help and hospitality.

The wash itself is fine, but nearly half the time I drive there, the carwash is down for maintenance or some other reason; and I go 1-2x per week. It’s frustrating to say the least as it is a fairly new build. Plus many of the vacuum stations aren’t fully functional. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left in my life and I hope it inspires change. I’ll improve my review if it does.
You can tell there's a new manager its gotten a lot better but still has more to go. Biggest issue now is things not working. But you still get charged.

Their system lost my membership, so I started a new one. Saved myself $30 for the first month. The wash was good as always.
I was cleaning out my car and an employee named Jamaine was checking on me asking if I needed anything. He was also asking other customers there as well do they need anything. Very professional and welcoming. Definitely coming back.
They never have clean towels anymore. You have to go into the employee area and ask for them if you want them. I never see the spray bottles either, or they are empty. It is very, very frustrating when you're limited on time to get things done.
