Zollicker Gas Diesel Propane, Clinton MO

This company is extremely unprofessional and does not care that their customers are out of heat. The owner Meg Zollicker is extremely rude, we have been out of propane for a week now with 2 small children in the home that are already sick because of the weather and now to add that we don’t have propane to run the heater in our house. The owner hung up on my mother when she called for a third time just this week to find out when we would be getting a delivery. They are not worried about delivering to us at all and will not even give us a date on when they will be able to get out.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I ran out of propane while my wife was in the hospital giving birth. I contacted this company to have my tank filled letting them know my situation and that I needed it filled asap so I could bring my child home. I was told that I would receive a call back after they spoke with the owner of the company which never came. I contacted them back and they denied ever hearing from me and informed me they wouldn't be accepting any new customers and weren't willing to help in any way. UPDATE. I received a callback from the company after submitting this review. I told them right away I wasn't interested in there service since I was able to find a company willing to help and was informed they still wouldn't help anyways and that they didn't appreciate my review on google. -5 stars to this company and there office lady who couldn't call me back to help or explain why they couldn't help but could call me back to harrass me about my review.do better

I called to company and told them what I needed done. They told me they could perform the work and gave me a price. I told them it sounded fine to me and asked when could they come do the job. They replied that it was there busy time of the year (September) but they would work it in. After a week passed I went into the office. I was told they discussed doing the work that day. A few hours later I got a call telling me they could do the work at 1: 30 that day. I told the guy that sounded good. That I could meet them there. About an hour later was told that today wasn't going to work out. I had already changed some things I was doing to work with the time they had stated. I was told the guy stated he couldn't hear me very well that we had a bad connection. I'm guessing he needs a hearing aid or new batteries. So in the end this company will lie to you and say they will perform a job for you and than after blowing you off they will just say sorry it's not are fault were just busy. My suggestion would be if you already new you were too busy then don't tell customers your going to do something when you already know your just too busy. Because of this company misleading me into thinking they would do what they say, it put me another week behind. Guess you just can't count on them.

They. Sell kerosene as well as propane. I get both. Excellent service.
