I can not say enough good things about the shop and their employees. As a woman it can be difficult to find an honest mechanic shop, but I know coming to one stop auto motive I never have to worry about that. I’ve done business with them several times they’ve always treated me with respect and never have tried to recommend work that I didn’t need to be done or over charging for the work that I did get done.

The staff is very accommodating to your schedule. Quality work you can trust to drive away feeling safe in your vehicle.

1 Stop did a front end alignment, adjusted the caster/camber on my 84 Bronco. They were fast, friendly and professional through the process and will definitely recommend them for automotive work in the future.

This is the best place for service. Especially as a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, these guys have been so fair and honest. I highly recommend this business. They do repairs correctly and promptly.

This place is a rip off. I brought my truck in for tires and a wheel alignment. The tires were 100 dollars more a tire for the same tire at discount tire. They charged me 30 dollars a tire for mount and balance. Then they told me my wheel bearings/ ball joints and steering rack where shot, so they couldn't do an alignment until I had all that fixed for 3,500 dollars. I took the truck home there was nothing wrong with the front end of the truck I even took it to another shop, and they said the front end is in good shape the truck just needs an alignment. Jerry is always trying to up sell stuff you don't need and take advantage of people. While I was waiting a kid came in. Jerry told him in would cost $380 dollars to put a timing belt and tensioner in his car. They kid said okay I can afford that, about half way through the job he comes back out and says sorry it was more work them we thought so it will be about $900. They kid got scared because he was not planning to spend that much. Very disrespectful if you tell someone a price, you should hold your word and honor it.

Went in for a battery/no power problem. Got it back the next day. Kept experiencing the same minor issues. Took it back in and come to find out the refurbished alternator was bad from the factory. These guys went above and beyond to get me rolling again. And just in time for the big storm.
Highly recommend 1-Stop Automotive and all their guys. Personable, respectful, and they give you piece by the time you walk out their door.
I know where I'll be taking all my vehicles from now on.
