49er Diner, Bar & Casino reviews
30Another dive bar/cafe in Livingston. Service ain't great. Food ain't great. Parking ain't great. Can't say I'll ever go back again (tried 3 times).
One of my worst experiences here. My onions ring were almost charcoal black, they forgot my husband’s biscuits and gravy and my son’s chicken Alfredo noodles were not done. By the time they remembered my husband’s biscuits and gravy it was cold. Probably would have gave 2 stars if I had not been here before and it was good in the past! The service was okay. She had made a comment on don’t forget your onion rings and I looked at her and said are you going to eat them?
Lacey did an excellent job. I had the Montana melt and it was great. Onion rings taste like homemade beer batter awesomeness. A group of us had appetizers and the meals included burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Everyone was impressed. Roadside diner, worth the stop.
Great family atmosphere, good food and reasonable prices. A must-stop when passing through Livingston. Conveniently located on Main Street.
Service was ok, but getting food was not. We came on about 12: 15.lots of empty tables. We were waited on quickly ordered our food that then took an hour to be served to us. Good was hot and no complaints there. It wasn't busy. There was no reason for it to be so slow.
I work there and the workers was really badly! They threw plates in the sink and they say I am not good enough and they cook food undercooked things and they made fun at me when I go in to eat there so I do not go there anymore because of that
Idk if they are working there or not some people there I like working they where grate
If people being mean do not go there if you are in my shoes
Service was good but do not order the pic 3 appetizer it is same size as regular appetizer but 20 dollars instead of 8. RIP OFF!
We ordered 49er for lunch at my work. All the burgers were supposed to be Medium and were all burnt to a crisp and dry as could be. Some of the orders of fries were completely white and uncooked. Onion rings were very overcooked and they forgot the dressing for the only salad on the order. Highly Dissatisfied
I got very rude service from a waitress named Jo. 4 instead of 6 marinara sauce was cold and had a spaghetti noodle in it as well.
Disappointing at best.
To start off, i will say they have the best french toast in town.when cooked properly. In the 5 times ive eaten here, its been spot on once. Most recently i ordered a very simple easy breakfast. 2 french toast and 2 scrambled eggs. The french toast came with small bits of burnt pancake stuck all over the place, as well as other pancake pieces on the plate. The eggs were as bland as can be, and they were not scrambled. Im honestly not sure how they were cooked. Looked like maybe they just got dumped on a grill and left til done.
The servers do a good job but simply arent enough to keep up. Waited about 20 minutes after finishing for my bill. Could be a problem for someone trying to eat and run for work, etc.
The wife and I had a pizza and fried cheese curds, they were excellent.great staff. We are looking forward to stopping here next time through
Great place for burgers and other sandwiches. I have always been a big fan of the omelettes and breakfast skillets and the kids menu isn't bad. Everyone is always very nice and super friendly.
Low lighting, good cheap drinks, and pretty decent food. Staff keep an eye on you and bring what you need almost before you need it. Great for Sunday football brunch and late night pizza.
Great gem to come across driving through town. We had their burgers. They were HUGE, hand made and delicious! They have gluten free options as well (buns, bread, pancakes, French toast AND pizza crust)! I had the One Eyed Jack burger with homemade fries (pictured here). They serve breakfast as well. Will stop again and recommend.
Preise absolut gerechtfertigt. Parkplatz genau vor der Tür.
Great staff but food is meh and overpriced for what you get. The burgers are creative as far as toppings but the meat itself was rubbery, tasted like it was freezer burnt. The soup was made using a salt lick. Hubby's Montana melt sandwich tasted like my burger so grill cleaning might be iffy for anyone with allergies. The only thing being enjoyed was the hot dog kids meal.
Just spend the extra $20 on the bill across the street at Rib and Chop for a real burger and fresh, decent food.
No basic allergy info. Asked about grill cleaning because of my allergies and the waitress said she's not sure they clean it between orders but I can try the food and see how it goes.really?
Overpriced and trash salad that was as much as the steak entree, wilted and slimy brown lettuce and all. Disgusting.
Local bar/restaurant a few blocks from home. Great service, very reasonable prices, good food with a separate, attached diner.
Just stopped in to kill some time. The staff was great, atmosphere good but the nachos were not good. Left us sick and were just very lack luster.
My family has ate here twice the first time it was great steak fries and burgers fast service the second time slow service wrong fries and 3.00 for tiny salad
