4B's Restaurant of Polson reviews
20The service from our waitress was terrible, she had an attitude from the time we came in, I wish I had gotten her name. I tried before we ever sat down at booth to get her attention with no success, the other waitress (the blonde) helped us find a table where 2 high chairs would fit, she had a wonderful attitude. Then our waitress came back over and complained we were moving to another table I told her why & that waitress #2 moved us there but she wasn't happy with the arrangement and rearranged the tables as we stood there still holding the grandchildren. She brought the 2 yr old a regular sm glass of water and I had to ask her for a kids cup & lid. Grandchildren loved soup that came with my meal and so I asked for another cup and then had to remind her again for the soup. I was a waitress for many years and know how a good attitude and apology can bring a customer back when things go a little wrong. If it had been busy I could have overlooked the second cup of soup incident but not her attitude.
The food is amazing. I come for their chicken fried steak breakfast. The waitresses are friendly fast and they remember you the next time you come.
Waited 45 minutes before even receiving our food. Watched it sit for 7 minutes before it did get brought to our table. Everything was cold. After we left we called to tell them about our experience. We told our waitress that our food was cold. Her response was "I know, we are doing the best we can". If you know the food is cold dont serve it.
I don't care what anyone says. 4B's service was very polite, considerate and the food was greatly cooked with love. I loved it. The burger had beautiful presentation and the smell was undoubtedly remarkable, their angus beef was marinated and temperatured was on point. Fries was precisely cut and nice and crisp. Everything was fulfilling and delicious. This marks my review, I'll come again for more!
Has it gone downhill or was it just so much fun as a kid or at three in the mornings with friends? I think the nostalgia is what brings me back, but the food is fine for what you pay.
Yummy breakfast! Haven't been to a 4B's in years but breakfasts were just the way I remember, lots of food for a good price. The staff were all very friendly at this location!
Typical diner with good old fashion breakfasts. We grab breakfast here a couple of times a month and for the most part, enjoy our experience. The prices are great and having a carafe of coffee on the table is a huge bonus for us morning caffeine addicts! Also just want to recognize our favorite server, Sandy! She is always fast, efficient, cheerful and knows her customers. Thank you, Sandy!
Food was good just took awhile to get. Waitress was nice and made sure we had what we needed. Just a long wait for food.
This was, by far, the best visit yet. It had been several years since the last visit, which was subpar, at best. Today, we received very attentive service and the food was back to normal levels.
My 79 year old father in law took my husband and I to Polson 4Bs for a late lunch Christmas Day! He mistakenly left his wallet in the both bench where we were seated! He never realized it until the next morning! He was so upset because he had just withdrew $650 dollars to put in gift cards for his grand children and great grandchildren! Being on a fixed income he was devastated! When I called 4Bs they did have it.but was empty! I involved the police and long story short.proven on tape.that the wallet never left the building and it was either the floor manager or general manager that stole the money! I’ve contacted the corporate office and left a message but they have not returned my call! I spoke with our lawyer today to discuss further action! So be carful who you trust and make sure you take everything out with you that you take in!
Unbelievably slow. Lots of empty tables. Wait staff in slow motion. Waited 10 minutes and still not seated. Walked out and went to McDonalds up the street.
Every time we go in there, the entire staff has been courteous and respectful. The food is great as well
After my 79 year old father in law took us to 4Bs Restaurant in Polson for Christmas dinner he mistakenly left his wallet in the bench where we were sitting! The waitress found the wallet and immediately turned it in the manager! The waitress told the police that there were bills sticking out of the wallet and could clearly see that money was in it! The manager took the wallet to the safe! The next morning when my father in law picked up his wallet his money was gone! A substantial amount of money! The only two people that had access to the safe was the manager that took the wallet and the general manager that cane in the next morning! And how ironic that the OFFICE camera’s were down! So no proof of which one took his money!
Maybe doesn't deserve a four but is always better than a 3. It has had the same good quality food for years and years and years.
The food was delicious, service was great and for 10 of us in our party, there was hardly any waiting!
I love this place. I prefer to come here for some good home cooked feel food that hits the spot. The salad bar is prepared fresh daily and is one of the main reasons I enjoy eating here.
The hash browns were rubbery and raw, no flavor. The omelet was mostly egg and raw ham and mushrooms. The coffee was bad tasting and the sausage links was horrible.
Food was good, the wait for the food was a little longer than it shld've been for a restaurant with 10-12 patrons, 2 cooks, 1 waitress & 1 waiter, waiter was good.food was good.so it was essentially worth the wait in the end
My husband and I took a drive around Flathead Lake yesterday to see what it was like and after coming through Polson, saw the 4B restaurant near the Safeway and gas station and stopped for a late lunch. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the food was lacking. My grilled cheese, bacon & tomato sandwich used American cheese (low quality), the sourdough bread wasn't very sourdoughy, and the cheese didn't cover all of the bread slices. My husband's tuna melt was also disappointing. I'm sure we would have enjoyed the huckleberry pie, had we been hungry for dessert. The salad bar looked fresh and nice (especially good looking three bean salad). My cup of tomato soup was very good, if not a little thin (but had nice clumps of tomato). We will pass should we happen upon another 4B's.
Went here for some brunch after church this Sunday. Granted there's always the post-church brunch crowd, so I could give the staff some slack for that. But after we ordered, there was a 30+ minute wait. During this wait, we observed the staff, both those serving and those in the kitchen, visible through the window. I'd say maybe one or two were putting a little extra effort in to take care of the crowd. The rest were behaving leisurely, including - and most appallingly - those working in the kitchen. Once the food did arrive, it was an unpleasant surprise. I ordered the Pancake special with bacon and scrambled eggs. Although the pancakes were decent, the bacon was fatty and the eggs were just awful - rubbery with a lingering terrible taste. I had to push them aside after four bites.
