Worst experience! Rented a "Brand New" W/D and paid out for 6 weeks of rental. The washer quit working within the first 2 weeks. They have no loaners, they have no technicians to repair. It takes a week at a time to get them to look at it and then pick up. They picked up about a week before my lease paid up. I called multiple times and asked for a refund and was told they would look into it and call me back. No call back and when they were picked up I called again only to be told I would get no refund. Not even offered a partial refund when they know that at minimum half my lease I couldn't use the washer. The manager argued the timeline on my lease with no regard for the fact that they charged me for merchandise that was defective and they could not repair or provide loaner. They did not hold up their end of this agreement and I was simply told too bad. I will tell everyone I know, and everyone I meet, not to rent from Aarons!

Got an Xbox from these folks and they knocked on my door a day after my payment was do even though I called and told them I would make a double payment once I got paid.

I would give them a 0 star if I could. They have horrible scare tactics when you’re even a day late on a payment. They're also horrible about coming out to fix things. Their general manager is rude and unprofessional. They're most definitely not a military friendly business. Don’t get your furniture here. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I have never had an issue with them they are always so nice so polite and friendly. Always worked with me with any late payments and always empathic to my situation (it’s been a lot of medical things happen the past two years) always let my boyfriend pay or discuss the account and never pushed to repo they would rather you keep the item then take it back like rent a center! Both gen managers were delightful and love Brice now he is amazing and more then happy to help you get on track then to take back the item great place great people and wonderful understanding! Definitely 10 out of 10 strongly recommend them for any big purchase!

I've been going here for years since I'm on a limited income and all the employees have been amazing! Especially Ryan!

Nice they don't go on credit but kinda spendy if you lease
