Terrible customer service. Tried calling twice 2 hours before to confirm my appointment, nobody answered. Left a message. Arrived for my appointment and they had forgotten to schedule. Nothing available for 2 weeks out. Finally received a call back 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, as I was walking out.

I love this place. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I especially liked the way that everything was explained to me regarding the way that muscles in the face work and my different options. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. I definitely will return and recommend to anyone.

Saw Trina again today and she is so diligent, so careful, truly a professional, yet so fun and friendly. This in my opinion is the best clinic in Kalispell for receiving Botox and other beauty treatments. You can tell it means a lot to Trina to get it right and do a great job, I love that! Dory is amazing! She takes her time, explains things to you and is precise with placement. I highly recommend her! I left very happy with my results.

Really knowledgeable & friendly staff and the facilities are very cute and clean! They spent a lot of time with me at my initial consultation and helped me come up with a game plan for having perfect skin for my wedding this year. They will be my go to for all my skin and aging needs for years to come. Highly impressed!

I really value the fact that they took the time and cared to educate me about their services, you can tell they really care about their patients and it’s not just a grab to sell more services.
