7Not a huge fan of the lock at the front gate, unit was clean and easy to locate staff was friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to friends and family.
I always get great service, they are super easy to talk to and make the set up extremely easy. 10/10 recommended!
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They truly did make the process of securing a storage unit easy and convenient. Also, the unit was clean and ready for move in.
Only 4 stars because it was hard to get our huge car hauler trailer in. Eventually got it, but could use a big gate at both entry points instead of just the one. Overall looks very safe and nice concrete that the storage sheds sit upon. No cracks or evidence of moisture/mice.
We have had our stuff here, the staff is nice and helpful, we have liked the storage units too, really easy to access and safe place to store our things!
Secure, clean, lighted at night, and friendly people run it. The only drawback is the floor gets damp in places when the snow melts or it rains. They do advise you to use pallets on the paperwork they give you. I just don't have access to those.
I was with this company for many many years, after my parents passed away, and had all their things in storage. I live out of state, so it wasn't as easy to get to. Al, along with Brandon, were so very understanding, Sara as well. This company understands, that life does happen, and they work with you to resolve issues that may come up. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a company that cares about your valuables.
