I’ve been with American Storage for years! Tim is always responsive to my calls and is super helpful every single time. The property is extremely well-kept and clean. American Storage will always be my go-to.

I don't have anything stored here, I went to pick a rocking chair that I purchased. Looked clean and well kept from the outside and tall security fence and gate.

Top to bottom, perfect service, easy. In out, simple, safe and in tact. Thanks Tim and team. Perfect.

This place is super nice and clean. And the owner Tim was amazing to do business with very friendly and helpful on a very stressful day, he was nice at a time when I was at my wits and and it help make the day much better we got the great winter price and just could not believe how nice this place is.thamks Tim. It was night when we were unloading but it was very lit up and I felt safe they have great security.

OMG! I don’t know how long I was with America Storage I’m thinking 6 to 7 years. The storage area itself was always clean, easy to get to my storage unit. It was plowed at all times in the winter plus patrolled at night. There was a number to get in the gate & you used the same number to exit. I can’t tell you how many times that I had to call Tim because I forgot either my unit number or I forgot my password to get in. He always answered me or if I left a message he would always call me back right away. He was such a great guy & I would recommend American storage (I was at the east side) but there’s no doubt what ever American Storage you choose to go to you will be treated & the way a good business man should treat his customers. I can’t speak more highly about Tim & American Storage.

Extremely responsive. They made our moving so much easier. Very clean units, easy access to storage units. Hours of operation were fantastic. Open late, etc. I would recommend this storage company to anyone in the Helena area.

I kept a medium size storage locker at the East Helena location for more than 7 years. Management kept the place safe, clean, well-lit, with always working gates and prompt snow removal. Management was super nice, helpful, and attentive. I have two other storage lockers in Missoula with different companies, and neither of them can compare or compete with American Storage on quality, price, and management. You simply cannot expect more or better from a storage company. Sorry to be leaving!

We rented a unit for short term storage when we moved out business. They were easy to work with and made every effort to see that we had what we needed.

I highly recommend American Storage - East Helena. My first time ever having to rent a storage unit. Tim made the transaction easy and pleasant - start to finish! When having to leave all your belongings in a unit I felt at ease with having my stuff at their storage facility. Secured coded gate, security cameras every where and paved facility! Our unit was clean and leak proof, the floor was super clean! No grease spots or dirt. Thank you Tim!

Tim was great. I arrived to my new place late in the day and needed storage last minute. Tim got me lined up late at night and I was good for 7 months there. Got a new place and no longer needed storage. Great service and nice location

I highly recommend American Storage East to fulfill your storage needs. These units are clean and secure and provide reliability that your possessions will be kept safe. I called several other storage places, and Tim at American Storage was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. He gave me a great estimate of the size of the unit I would need and also understood my situation in the military! Again, if you have storage needs, give American Storage a call.

Tim is an excellent business owner. He treats everyone fair, goes above and beyond when his customers need him and he is loyal to his customers who are loyal to him. My ex-husband and I rented a large unit from him for several years and then I needed one and it was farther tan others but I has a great experience so I returned to American Storage. I rented a smaller unit this time and rented for a few years. He is great to rent from and easy to do business with! Highly recommend him!

Tim was great to work with & called back with storage availability very quickly. The East Helena facility is great & convenient with keypad entry. Never had any issues and was always sent emails for payments & notifications well in advance of any changes. Recommend you contact them for a storage unit at a great rate compared to others in town!

We had a great experience in renting a unit from American Storage in Helena. Very neat and clean facility and Tim the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Having rented storage units in the past from other companies this is by far the best!

Tim is absolutely fantastic to work with. My girlfriend and I rented a unit from him and realized we needed another. He went out of his way to find us another unit close to our existing one. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of storage solutions. This is top level service at its finest.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a storage unit, let alone a glowing review! Tim, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with. He was always available, pleasant and made the process easy.

We recently moved to Helena but had to stay with family until we could find a rental. In the meantime, we had to put all of our stuff in storage. We had the trailer loaded up and called American storage to see if they had an available unit. I called Tim on the weekend and he answered immediately and advised me to sign up online. He was so pleasant and helpful. After unloading most of our stuff, we realized we needed another. I signed up for the unit online. Tim called me because he recognized my name and asked me if I needed a unit closer to the first. He was so accommodating when he didn’t have to be!

They switched computer systems around the time I reserved the second unit and I realized I was charged twice. I called Tim and he said he would look into it. He called me back the same day, not even hours later and told me the new system charged me the next months service too. He was willing to work with me and said I could either get a refund or leave it on there to pay the next month in advance. I understand that changing systems can cause issues like this but he was so willing and quick to help me resolve this.

I don’t usually like calling businesses with issues but Tim was always so friendly, helpful and efficient that I felt confident calling him with any issues or concerns. I wish every business owner ran their business with the same level of rapport, customer service and accommodations. After the first phone call, I told my boyfriend we were definitely writing positive reviews for this business.

I cannot recommend American Storage enough and how absolutely delighted I am with my experience.
