Don't come if you don't have cash to tip. You'll be berated and abused by the man. He's physically put his hands on people leaving, asking for a tip. If you have kids, go somewhere else, as you'll do all the work of getting them out of the car to be refused service as well. Have a decent group of friends? Spend your money elsewhere, You will be denied service because he doesn't want to clean after a group.
Doesn't matter if you've gone here for years or is your first visit. There is no customer service. Just a bitter old couple who needs to sell their business before they go bankrupt over denying service to half of butte alone.

The man was complaining about his customers that don't finish their food on their plates. My grandson didn't quite finish everything on his plate which made him very angry. We'll never go back to this place. He was very rude.

Food is mediocre at best. The customer service is awful and you will be asked to not come back if you do not tip the bus boy. Place is a joke was not planning on going back way before the told us not to come back.

If you ever thought you'd miss out on the thrilling life of a secret agent being tailed by a mysterious figure, fear not! Just step into this Chinese buffet! Within moments, the owner will transform into your very own shadow, following you with the dedication of a private detective. There's nothing like being watched like a hawk to spice up your mundane Tuesday night meal!

Their food might be scarce and the Peking duck might have given up on life, but who cares? The real fun is in being trailed! It's like starring in your own thrilling yet oddly hilarious spy movie. The mission, should you choose to accept it, involves making it to the buffet table and back without losing your appetite or your sense of humor.

And oh, they have a strict 'Two Noodles Drop Rule'. Yes, you heard it right! My two-year-old niece, a notorious 'Pasta Picassso', was creating her noodle masterpiece on the floor (two noodles in total), and we were promptly shown the exit. She's now the youngest person I know to be banned from a restaurant. We're thinking of getting her a trophy, "Outlawed for Noodles".

So, if you fancy dining in a 'surveillance state' or want to feel the rush of being a secret agent (minus the cool gadgets), this buffet is the place for you! Just remember to keep those noodles in check, or you might just get the 'pasta boot' like we did!

Owner refused to let us eat there because I had my kids with me. He stopped us as we were coming in the door and flat out said "We no serve you. You not welcome here" as he pointed to my kids. They were disappointed we had to leave but were to young to understand what was going on. I've heard this happening to others as well for having kids, being overweight, not finishing what was on their plate, etc.
Surprised they haven't gone out of business yet.

Food tastes good. Staff kept up with it very well even when the place was packed. They had the things i like. My basics and my soups. They got a few things i didnt expect too which is cool. Never have been “yelled” at here. Except for when i gave the guy at the front a $10 tip and he freaked out in gratitude. The atmosphere is the best part. Clean dining area, low asian music, quiet conversations, parents with kids that actually behave eat here. Its very nice. I come here all the time. When i told the front guy the soda was out he immediately got on the phone with harrington and had them fix it while i was eating. Pretty neat place.

Our story is the same as the rest of the terrible reviews. We went in for dinner, paid with a card, didn't notice any line for a tip. We had two of plates of food, didn't waste food. When we were finished the owner stopped my husband told him he ate too much didn't leave a tip don't come back he wouldn't be served. There is a sign that says eat all you want, just eat what you take. I have never witnessed such terrible customer treatment. WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Butte has a lot of very good restaurants. No one should have to pay $15 a person to be publicly embarrassed and the food isn't all that good. Fast food would have been better.

So I get there and there’s no music its dead silent and it felt depressing even being there but yk I paid $30 for two people and didn’t leave a tip because I tip off the service which they made me pay before when I was walking out the owner showed me my receipt and asked if it was mine I said yeah and he told me I’m not allowed back because I didn’t tip

Me and my smoking hot girlfriend were visiting town and were hankering for that good ol Chinese food. We were hoping to just really dig in like we haven’t ate like the starving kids in Africa. We went in had to pay immediately which is unusual since you pay at the end of the meal. Food was meh service wasn’t great. Wasn’t really busy it was very quite and eerie. Got very awkward. My girlfriend ended up spilling egg drop soup in between her chesticles which sucked but since we got awkward we left and didn’t leave a tip they told us since we didn’t leave a tip we were not allowed back. What an establishment.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The guy yelled at me in front of the whole restaurant acting crazy. Not family friendly.
The guy behind the counter came yelling at me and family about how we NEED to leave a tip and that we’re banned for not leaving a tip and that my baby basically ate for free when in reality my baby had 4 small bites of noodles off MY plate.
The sign says 2years old and up have to be charged to pay.
I had a 1 year old with me, she took one piece of watermelon and a couple bites of noodle, and the guy behind the counter wanted us to pay for it.
The price of the food was expensive, we had to serve our own drinks and food, I cleaned up ur table myself.

This is America, I have the choice to chose whether or not I tip. I’m typically a nice person with common sense, this buffet experience made no sense at all.
I am disappointed, I could say good things about the food but the aftermath of the service was absolutely horrible.

Where to start …
You sir are lucky I am a bigger man then you. I should have taught you some respect. You made my wife cry saying that we didn’t tip enough and that we where not welcome back. My wife is korean and you make the asian culture look disgraceful. How dare you treat PAYING customers like that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AVOID AVOID AVOID NEGATIVE HORRIBLE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Prompt greeting and bussing, every time. Always clean. Food is always good. For a two person operation this buffet is stellar.

Food was alright but as we were getting up to leave and I was grabbing a tip for the gentleman that takes your money and your plates and he told me he needed a bigger tip before I could finish pulling it out of my wallet.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would.prior to this incident we had never had an issue. Last weekend myself and my four children, one in which being a one-and-a-half-year-old went to eat dinner.while eating my toddler throw some food on the floor which I picked up off the floor and put on an empty plate.my youngest son drop some jello on the floor which he didn't realize he dropped.the guy that usually works behind the counter came up to our table and started yelling about the food on the floor. I apologize to him and told my son to pick it up off the floor which he did.as we were finishing up, myself and my kids placed their plates in a stack on the table along with their napkins.as I was getting up from the table to leave the guy from behind the counter again rushed over to our table and asked me if you were done. I said yes.he then proceeded to tell me that we were no longer welcome at the restaurant and to not come back. I asked him why.he said because we hadn't left a tip.then started yelling at me about the mess on the table.he also told me that it was unacceptable that my one-and-a-half-year-old ate for free.their prices clearly state under two is free.needless to say I was not very happy upon leaving the restaurant and did say some choice words back to him. I am sorry to the other people eating that evening for the spectacle that was created.nor myself are my family will be going back to this restaurant. I have been reading some of the reviews and it surprises me that this restaurant is still open. I don't know how this guy is getting away with treating his customers this way.
