15Went in to just get a new screen protector as I got a replacement in the mail and did not do a good job putting it on went in right when they opened and they were able to get me anew one and put it on for me quick.was in and out in 15 min.
Horrible service. No one acknowledged us. It was not clear that you were supposed to sign in. Set there for over an hour and not once did an associate say hi or asked if we had signed in. They never once said anything about how long a wait we would have. I’ve worked retail and hospitality my whole career and never would have expected this type of service from AT&T. So sad and we didn’t get helped, will have to return another day. I guess they just don’t care because they know you have limited options in a smaller town.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT KALISPELL, MT STORE! That morning, I made an appointment online for coming into the store to upgrade etc. I received a confirmation for the 3pm apt. We show up at the store at 3pm. Door is locked and says we are out to lunch, will be back at 3pm. I call the store 5 minutes after 3pm. ATT "Hello? " ME "I have an apt at 3pm? " ATT "What do you want? " ME "Excuse me, I have an apt to get help w my phone. " ATT "Well Im gonna go to lunch and don't have time, I've been busy today" ME "Well, why didn't you text or call me, you are ATT and have the availability to contact me" ATT "I've just been busy and didn't. I have to go to lunch and you can come back in an hour" ME "No, thank you. I'd like help now" ATT "I'm gonna go eat and reopen the doors at 4pm" Locks door in our face. We are appalled at this customer service! Can't believe they let someone like that run their store! The store will be closed soon with that service. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T GO THERE!
Is the manager ever there? Every time you call you get told they will have him call you back when he’s in store, never calls back! RIDICULOUS!
I dealt with a gentleman named Heath.he was absolutely amazing in every way. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. I would go back to that location and 100% choose Heath again. With that said, while I didn’t deal with anyone else, the other employees seemed competent and displayed a similar helpful attitude.
My iPhone was not charging which has been a common problem for me with phones in the past. The manager, Drew, helped me right when I walked in and did a deep clean of the charging port in my phone and now my phone works good as new. Beyond pleased with my experience.
Dee was absolutely amazing! She patiently handled both the issue and myself for 2 hours while she resolved it with flying colors! Thank you, Dee. I super appreciate it
I came in recently to get set up with Direct TV. The sales rep, Dyllan was knowledge and kind when working with me. He made it super easy and explained the process thoroughly. Next time I come in, I’ll definitely be asking for him again
Joshua C.was polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. He made my transaction quick and painless. The store was clean and reasonably priced. He also let me know about buy 2 get one free on accessories and that was helpful! I am happy I chose this AT&T store to buy my new phone from!
I am beyond displeased with Austin at this store! He completely scammed me! I went in to get a new phone line and upgrade my phone, he talked me into getting Firstnet because I qualified for it. He then set up my new phone line on Firstnet and transferred my iPad over assuring me that I was going to be saving money. Now I have an almost $300 bill, my iPad line is double the cost it was before which was $20 and he didn’t even shut off my old Sim card so I’m still paying for that. He is either an incompetent. Came in with some problems with my old phone and the Assistant Manager Dee helped me, not just was she very patient and understanding, but she took the time to explain everything. She got me setup with a new phone an a great deal. Totally coming back!
Heath actually helps people! Best ATT store experience I’ve had and with a very complex problem, to boot. Above and beyond.
Had a great experience at this store with the store Managers and Sales Rep. I walked right in and was helped on the spot. I was in and out within an hour of transferring services, buying accessories and transferring data on my new phone. Great prices VS what i was paying before. Glad to switch services!

My favorite ATT store. Heath is my go-to guy! He's kind, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Heath gives his customers the one-on-one attention they deserve, and represents this company extremely well! I wouldn't go to any other ATT store, this is the one for me
