Been having phone issues for a few months, went in to see if there was anything I could do, just received an AT&T text saying I could trade in my phone for the next one. Went in and the kid didn't even bother to get up from his slouched position in his chair, told him my situation and said there is nothing he can do since my phone is having issues and it has to be perfect for the turn in. Trying to avoid dealing with insurance and do something in the store but apparently I just need to switch phone companies to get anything done. Been with AT&T for years but the personal service in Billings is total garbage.
Billings MT, off of Broadwater. 3 Young employees were awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. Building was clean and well kept and service was top notch. Good job to the staff!
Wyatt Hill made buying a new phone and getting the best deal on my phone bill a breeze! He’s very friendly, and savvy on all the mechanics of all the phones, he helped a slow technical learner like me, learn my way around my new phone and completely transferred all my apps, etc for me. He made sure I had all my questions answered and that I could work everything before I walked out the door! He’s a top shelf employee and guy! Great job AT&T!

As for you, AT&T, it’s absolutely outrageous and unsettling that there was a $5 fee to get a new SIM card. When it’s your fault the product, the SIM card, was defective. Taking advantage of the customer…uncouth!
Jeez, T-Mobile is looking looking better every time we meet like this.

Went there to buy a phone they didn’t let me put any money down in it then said my monthly payment would be about $90 then charge me $150 the next 3 months I asked them and they said they couldn’t do anything
I always come to this store to not only pay my bills but anyquestion about my phone device. My phone wouldnt let me swipe to geg into my device Mariah went through my settings and found out j accidentally yurned on a feature that made it almost impossible to use my phone she was very kind and assisted me in fixing my device shes a life saver

Tim and Mariah are absolutely amazing and helpful everytime I come in. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous with amazing customer service!
Walk in the store and was immediately greeted. Help me with all I needed and more. Very respectful. Very fast at there job. If any one of my friends needs help with their wireless device, I'm sending them to this location.
They talked us into opening a new line because it would be "cheaper" it's over twice as much now. Then when we went to turn in our old phones, they didn't ask for number on the new account so they applied the trade in to our old account. Instead of $1600 off new phones, we got $17 gift cards. We've gone in twice to get this fixed over the last 2 weeks, both times the manager "will call us back right away" still not fixed, still haven't heard anything. Gonna go to the corporate store on King now, hopefully they can fix this or we'll have to cancel.
