The guys helped me out and didn't just sell me a phone for their own benefit. They took time to address my concerns and come up with a solution best for me instead of their wallet. Doesn't happen very often.

Just brutal CS…
Just bought 2 new iPhones and they were so anxious to get us to leave the store with over an hour til close we didn’t even get to get cases for them.

A rush of people came in around the same time but they were very prompt on getting us on a wait list. Josh did excellent at explaining everything and gave suggestions based off our needs.

The service I received at this store was above and beyond, and then beyond some more! After speaking with Michael and Devin at an event my employer hosted, I had a few reservations about changing carriers and upgrading my phone after so many years. Michael was prompt in following up with me by phone and email, answering every question I had and sending me a couple different quotes to fit my needs. I work in Bozeman but live out of state, so I had been waiting until I was back in town to sign up for service. Michael went out of his way to call and remind me about the trade-in promotion they were offering and said that I could set up my account over the phone before the deadline to take advantage of the credit. Devin patiently spent over an hour on the phone with me to order my new phone and get my account established, only for me to find out that I wouldn’t be back in Bozeman for another month. Michael then mailed my new phone with simple instructions to activate it, and I was able to turn in my old phone at my local AT&T store with no hiccups. He followed up with me several times to make sure everything worked smoothly, and was kind enough to double check my iPad’s compatibility with their service. After discovering that it would work, he mailed me a sim card that I was able to easily switch at my local store. The friendly, personalized service that I received (and continue to receive) from Michael and Devin is absolutely TOP NOTCH. They both have a way of explaining things simply and without judgement, and set my mind at ease throughout the process of switching phones and carriers.

3 gay men made me wait 20 minutes to tell me they can't perform a simple task. They may be great salesmen but I find it far from customer service. My monthly bills pay your lease. I would go back to the metro, but they stole from me so it will never happen. Get with the spirit of service and you will have my respect.

I purchased a phone from the AT&T store at Costco after my phone was stolen. My main concern was to regain my old phone number since it is the primary means of contact for work. However, to my dismay, they placed me on a new line and failed to give me my old phone number. Upon returning home, I discovered that the new line they set up wasn't working at all; I couldn't make any calls. So, at that point, I was left with a non-functional phone and an unusable new phone number that also didn't work.

I made several calls to customer service and even visited the local AT&T store, but it took considerable effort and time before the issue was finally resolved. (Thanks to Paul for helping me) The experience left me feeling extremely disappointed with the service provided by the AT&T store in Costco. It seemed as if their only focus was on selling me the phone rather than providing any real assistance.

Yesterday I received a phone call from my mother in tears, after spending over three hours at the AT&T store in Bozeman. She had trouble unlocking the phone she bought there, and when she asked for assistance was publicly humiliated- to the point another customer acknowledged the rudeness inside the store. These phones are expensive and can be complex to use, and 'customer service' representatives should be able to explain the basics, not rudely suggest calling a toll free number. What we put into the world matters, positive or negative- that part is our personal responsibility. In no way is it OK to make people cry because of your own shortcomings. Is common courtesy dead?

Great store. It's in a little bit of a strange location, tucked behind other businesses, but it's a nice store.
There's usually a little bit of a wait, but I'm usually greeted promptly and helped as quickly as possible.
All the employees I've interacted with have been professional, courteous, and helpful.
One employee went way above and beyond for me. He worked very hard, and it was only with his help I was able to complete trade-in my phone. It was totally my fault, and he did everything he could to help me. His actions helped me receive an $800 trade in credit for my phone. Without his hard work, it wouldn't have happened.
No complaints for this store.

Excellent customer service with super knowledgeable employees! I had the most seamless experience with Devin, who masterfully upgraded my iPhone 13 to the iPhone 14 pro. He was so efficient and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly that it was the best experience I’ve had in a phone store! Everyone working seemed so nice and friendly and willing to help. I boasted about the service I got from Devin so much that my husband came back with me to pick my phone up to chat iPads and ended up getting me one, which Devin set up for us as well! 10/10 all around for service, great product knowledge and awesome people working here.

I normally dread getting my phone upgraded because the process is usually drawn out and I don't always have the time for that; however, the employees here were able to upgrade me quickly and answer all my questions about my bill. Would recommend!

I don’t have many problems with AT&T but Paul, you are one of them. You might be good at the technology part of working there, although your customer service is the worst. I went in there last week with no choice but to get a new phone and I get you. You didn’t seem happy working there, you barely said much unless if I asked you something. When I asked if you like your job there, you said it pays the bills. Anyone could tell that’s your only motivation working there. I felt more like an inconvenience to you. That happened twice now going in there and getting stuck with you. I told you I needed a new phone and you didn’t even tell me many options. I ask about the phone next to the one I got but you automatically said they had none in stock. Whatever your next job is, it’s not customer service. Over hearing the people next to me, that guy actually seemed happy to be there and was very helpful to the customers he had. You even told me it would be an hour wait for my old phone to transfer to my next one which I understood but you told me I should go and come back. At first I was going to wait in the store but I didn’t feel comfortable or welcome sitting there. When I go back in to pick up my old phone and new phone you get done helping someone else and see me and walk away. Then someone else came up to me that was a lot nicer then you and gave me my phones. I get needing to pay your bills but your job is to have good customer service and you had none. Happy with my new phone and other services there but your manager should give you tips on being nice to people if you want to continue working there. Goodluck and think of a different perfection to get into your next job.
