AutoZone Auto Parts, Hamilton MT

Went in to get some extra lights for the car, and ended up having to buy some Star Wars window stickers. If you wanna customize your ride, check em out.

Not bad, saw them install car battery for some elderly couple.they did it faster than a dealer, and for Free with a good attitude.great customer service.

Automotive problems always bring anxiety but Ian and all the staff were wonderful. Very respectful, courteous and not the least bit condescending to me (a woman in her 70s). Thank you for resolving my car issues and getting me back on the road.

They just ripped us off for $233 dollars for a part that never came in and the clerk refused to refund us for. Will never shop there again! Disputing the charge and will tell everyone we know what an awful place this it!

I was at the autozone in Hamilton today on my way home from work to get some clips for my front end cowling that was falling off and needed to be fixed and Matt who is the commercial sales manager there was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help me by getting down on the hot pavement to install them. He went way beyond what I expected and it was very much appreciated!

Very, very bad customer service. The manager they had was rude. It is annoying when you order parts and they give you a time frame they can’t meet. Or they don’t even order the parts.

These guys were awesome. Great service. I had trouble with a simple thing as replacing my car windshield wipers and they helped me out.

This Place is a pretty good parts house. Other than the revolving door of employees I really like this place. The core few people have stayed but they hire a lot of newbies.

Then men working there were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me fix my dead battery. I am very thankful to them.

We joined the Bitterroot community about five years ago and went into Autozone as we needed some auto parts. They were so friendly; skilled, patient, helpful and extremely polite. Their prices are so affordable we knew we had found our place with a very knowledgeable staff. They are compassionate about how they assist you in finding exactly what you are looking for. In this busy atmosphere we are living in, they make it a point to be astute and treat you as though you were their only customer. If they don't have your item in that you're seeking they order it and it is quickly delivered. They've helped us on our three vehicles so many times and are very consistent in their protocol. Don't bother going anywhere else.this is your place. It is always noticeably clean and well-stocked. Thank you for being here Autozone!

Great store with great customer service. They also give me 10% off for my veterans discount which most other parts stores are more expensive when I ask for the veterans discount. Keep up the good work and you'll have my continued business for sure.

Ordered flame proof header paint from a store in missoula montana (a store transfer) was told it would be in next day.
That did NOT happen. Never got a call.
Stopped in next day and was told they have new people and they didn't transfer to the hamilton store. Was told by the manager and by the person that made the transfer that they would make it right!
That did not happen either!
Of course the paint did not come in until Sunday from a different store transfer from Columbia falls.
Waited until Monday to pick up the paint. Again with NO CALL FROM THE STORE IN HAMILTON to let me know the paint was in!
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

I hate AutoZone cuz they didn't keep their word on a battery that I paid extra money for the insurance and everything and then the battery was not replaced this is not the store that that happened at but I am still upset about it and hate going here to get anything

Will go to autozone every time over napa - dudes are helpful when needed and aren't too busy standing around talking about their fishing trips to answer questions

All the guys in there are super helpful and it's a big store got a lot of stuff everybody knows AutoZone's prices are good

Absolutely great experience. Was given a tip that totally worked for my heater core and I would always recommend them for parts and accessories etc. Reasonable as well.

Super helpful staff that have been great over the years. Decent price and quality on aftermarket parts. Plus they care enough about our local community to wear masks during a pandemic with airborne spread.

This store is THE BEST! Helpful and friendly customer service! I don't know how to install wipers. The guys help. Wow. And they look my car over when I don't know what's going on with my lights. AutoZone is my go-to place for everything I need.

They have a smart and trustworthy sales manager who understands how to help customers! What a relief for these times we live in.
