They Got my food wrong so I went inside. Waited 10m and no one came to the front at all. Had to wait another 20min in the drive through line. Totally unacceptable.
The member (male working the drive through was very nice but that dosn't change the overall problem)
Calling customer service HQ and filing a formal complaint for the incompetent crew here

They messed up our order and forgot to give us the deep fried cheese curds. They don’t do the cheese curds in Canada, so it was the thing we were most excited about it and we were already back on the I-15 on our road trip before we noticed. Don’t leave the window before you check your order here.
