Beaverhead Lodge, Dillon MT

Room are to cold or to hot no in between. Wooden floors make room stay cold. Here everything above you. Frigh is so noise. Hard bed. The girl was great. Really nice

This motel is one that I highly recommend. The service was excellent and worked with me on a coupon price. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much of a breakfast person but hubby loved it. If you are this way then check it out.

Room has a bed, 1 small lamp, 2 chairs. Bed linens were very low quality as they were full of pills. Just warm water for a shower with only half the necessary water pressure. Breakfast was not appetizing. There are other lodging options in Dillon with similar pricing but maintained to a much higher standard.

DIRTIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Hair in the bed black fuzzy something all over the sheets. Fly under pillow. Wash clothes dirty not washed. Refrigerator filthy.
STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. Staff in their Pajamas. 9: 00 in the evening, the morning breakfast trash still out and over flowing with garbage. Would not refund even when we did not use this room. Went down the road, stayed in a clean friendly hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE GO DOWN THE ROAD, SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS ON A NICE HOTEL. I am calling the healrh department on Monday.

DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY HERE!

We walked into our room and found a dead fly on one of the pillows, black hairs in the bed (we are both blonde), fridge was disgusting, there was a white towel that was dirty and brown, the bottom of the shower was brown We were willing to stay if we got clean sheets. We went to the front desk and told them very nicely that our room wasn’t clean. The lady said nothing to us and walked to the room to see for herself. She came back and accused of us placing a fly on the bed, and she said the only other issue was that there was lint on the bed.
She then proceeded to give us the option to check out and that was it (with no refund), she never apologized and never said that they would clean it or change the sheets.
We then asked if we could get clean sheets to make the bed ourselves. She said she cannot do that because we are not employees. This whole time she had an attitude, was rolling her eyes, and being EXTREMELY rude.

Also the area next to the vending machine was disgusting, and the garbage in the lobby was overflowing!

We left and went to the Quality Inn, the staff was lovely and the room was very clean.

Room was unacceptable upon check in. Beds were terrible, room was unclean. Immediatley went to the front desk to to cancel and go elsewhere. Attendant was very triggered and confrontational, redusing to refu d me me even though I had not used the room. I left and went elsewhere. Beaverhead lodge charged me for the room. I am now contesting the charges through my card company. Spend 20 more dollars and get a decent room elsewhere. Accommodations and management are unacceptable.

Decent little hotel, rooms were clean enough, breakfast was nice variety, easy and close to the freeway.

Not a bad place, older facility that has been updated. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Average motel. Nice folks. Room was huge, needed a table and lamp. Small table, actually 1/2 table was under TV and had no light.

My reservation was lost. Rooms were all booked. No vacancy. We had to go to another nearby hotel.

Room was absolutely not cleaned. My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night. I noticed immediately upon entering that it was not clean. Through out the night and the next morning I just kept noticing more. The floors were not cleaned or the night stands. There was hair in the tub, shower and sink. Like no one even tried to wipe it out. I stripped the bed and used my own blanket. Zero stars!

WORST room do not stay!

Went to find our room with the door open, then there was blood on the sheet and the blanket, only one towel, and the hand towels were very dirty. When we went down and talked to the front desk the guy’s response was well I’m leaving and the cleaners won’t be in tell the morning here’s new sheets and we keep the door open to the clean rooms just in case someone wants to see them. A homeless person, cat, bugs, etc could have snuck into the room. VERY BAD customer service.

We came in late at night, exhausted and ready to get some rest! We went to our room and could not get our door open! The key worked but the door was not on its hinges correctly or something - it took some work to get in. We only stayed for about 5 minutes. There was dirt and hair on the bed, the room smell was retched, the tub had blue cleaner in it, poop streaks in the toilet, pee on the seat, dirty fridge, hair on the table AND nightstand. I wish I could give this place a 0 rating for cleaning. The front desk closed at 10, it was about 10: 15 by the time we got there… there was no one to assist us! We couldn’t stay there, especially with our toddler. Hell no! We found the Fairbridge hotel a few minutes away and they were very accommodating and kind!
We went back to the Beaverhead Lodge the next morning to try and talk to someone and although the receptionist was nice, we got no help. The response we received was “I’ll pass this on to my manager and have them call you. ”
Here we are over a week later, no call, no refund, no help whatsoever.
I would not stay here if you are looking for a sanitary place to stay.

Much confusion on check in both on check in time and finding our reservation. Couldn't find reservation so they booked us another room. After getting to room there was NO bath towels, which we were then given 4 hand towels with "our manager is trying to buy more towels". Got charged for two rooms, room we stayed in and reservation they couldn't find, and a measly discount for getting no bath towels.

Very disappointed in this establishment and do not recommend. The price was very high for the accommodations. Very run down building with trash and cigarette butts all over. The front reception staff was unfriendly and did not communicate well. I would definitely recommend you spend a few more dollars and rent from an establishment that is more worth the dollars.

Bed was clean, good thing because room wasn't that clean. Spots of? On walls, floors, tub dingy, room hadn't been dusted in who knows how long. Right outside door on railings were planters? With used q-tips and lots of cigarette butts in them.

Secondary lock for the door was broken off. No metal insert in the door frame for the deadbolt. Stood ankle deep in water while taking a shower as the drain was clogged. Caulking on the shower insert is completely cracked out. Room STUNK of marijuana smoke and there are weeds growing in the rocks outside the door. Lipstick on a pig for sure. We had no choice but we will not stay here again. Didn't feel safe.

If you need a place to stay the night, this will do it. Employees are nice, but seemed put out to help. Sheets and pillows seemed clean, though the room was rather dirty. More lighting would help, too!

My family stayed here while on a College visit (University of Montna Western). Our room smelled of Marijuana, was supplied with dirty towels covered in other humans hair, base trim ripped off, multiple outlets not working, the fridge didn't work resulting in food loss and office staff having their personal pets allowed to roam freely in the breakfast area. The office staff was rude and unprofessional. The owner refused to compensate of any sort for our horrible stay. For a small town, their hospitality is horrible. I hope no has to experience this for themselves.
