Friendly staff. Good breakfast. 24 hr coffee. Bike in exercise room seat won’t adjust. But pool and hot tub were working well.

Great room. Terrible service. No hot water for multiple showers. -30 degrees outside and couldn’t get in the building. Front desk only offered apologies.
Also, were rude about my complaints and took it upon themselves to show me how to open a door

Convenient to travel to from the freeway. I'm a traveling salesman and I've stayed here numerous times in the last year but they lost me as a customer today. The manager accosted me while going to get breakfast after taking my bags to my truck. Never again will I darken this doorway. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor service and poor thought process backed up by "its my job! " Good work protecting the scrambled eggs. Keep em. I'm out of here for good. The Holiday Inn Express in town has never treated me poorly like I was treated today.

The staff here are just fantastic! I can't say enough good things about these folks. Kathy is just so sweet and really looked out for me when I stayed for a week! The weekday morning gal in the kitchen works so hard and the breakfast is free. She should get tipped more. Rooms are clean and new and the hotel is by the river which is beautiful. The cleaning people and the maintenance staff are incredible. They also looked out for me and I assume others during my stay. Thank you

Friendly helpful staff we were in town seeing my grandmother who was on hospice had a long night. They allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend

Friendly staff and a very nice place to stay. Breakfast was decent, and they have an ice machine and laundry machine. The Missouri river was just 80 ft away from my room window, and it is located in a nice quiet area.

We really enjoyed our stay here in July 2021. Great location, easy access to river, nice to have Mackenzie River pizza right there. Staff was really nice and pool area was great for kids. It's not a five star hotel but has all the amenities you need. Bike rentals are great convenience too! Definitely one of the better hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel. Nice rooms, especially on Riverside. Nice pool, breakfast, comfortable beds, laundry, and exercise room. Very friendly staff.

I needed to update my review because we stayed here again a year later. This hotel is still excellent. Hotel staff are so nice. The breakfast is even better than it was before. They are very dog friendly. There's a lot of space to run or walk your dogs along the river. It's especially nice if you can get a room on the Riverside that opens up to that side.

I was in a tight situation because check out time was 11: 00 a.m. But I was trying to coordinate meeting up with a relative who is running late and could not show up until 1: 00 p.m. It was hot out and I have my dog who recently went through surgery with me so checking out at 11: 00 was becoming an issue. They told me that I could check out at noon and later even told me 1: 00 p.m. Would be o.k. How nice is that! This was on a Sunday so maybe they had a little bit more flexibility for getting a rooms cleaned, but still not many places would do this.

I can highly recommend this hotel.

We recently attended the Montana Multi Cultural Festival and had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. The service was amazing, they were efficient and accommodating. They even allowed us to rehearse in their lobby! Their breakfast buffet was also amazing, everyday with multiple choices, worth waking up at 6am! We highly recommend staying there our family really enjoyed it all.

Obnoxiously overpriced, but just about every hotel in Great Falls seems to be that way. The lady at the desk when I checked in made the check-in process more difficult than it had to be, was condescending, and could have been faster and more efficient. I work front desk at a vacation rental property, and I know how to properly and professionally handle visitors as helpful and efficient as possible. The room was pretty standard. However, the bathroom door would not close all the way because the floor was slightly uneven, which caused the door to stick open halfway. The location is nice and they are right on the river. They also have a nice patio area in the back. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay for just myself, but if I had stayed multiple nights or had other people with me, it would have been very uncomfortable.

A great place to stay. They stay on top of the needs of the guests. I am grateful to the housekeeping staff for the kindness and effort. Offering to do more when you can get away with less is great to see. Front desk staff is just as friendly as ever, even when they're hands are tied.
As captured within the review, this place is not perfect. But they're trying. I enjoyed my stay, I will be back, and I will tell others.

I grabbed a room on a quiet Sunday night. (River side view, patio, king bed). You get what you pay for right? $250-270 a night.

For that cost I was graciously provided with low thread count on the sheets, patio door screen ripped near the handle letting bugs in (evidence of poor general maintenance), hot water that was cold at 7: 30pm, clearly aged appliances that had started to turn yellow, quarters required for laundry as if they NEED to make extra cash off hotel guests, visibly aged or dirty furniture with heavy use, all wrapped into a room that hails the "old hotel funk" smell that has you questioning the cleanliness from the very first time you walk in.

The impression I received is of a "use to be nice" hotel cruising on "maintenance mode" over charging to milk cash instead of reinvesting to provide the best experience for possible repeat customers.

After realizing the mess I stumbled into, I went to grab dinner thinking I was just being cranky or picky. After returning and still feeling ripped off I was informed that a refund was not possible because the room I barely stepped into "2 hours after first check-in" was past the time limit for a refund.

My issue purely stems from feeling over charged for a room that did not meet my expectations which is typically provided by other hotels in this town for the same price. (Better bedding, cleanliness, proper regular maintenance, complimentary laundry, neutral smelling, quality furniture, in-shower consumables, ect)

I simply wanted to walk away and go to a different hotel, but instead im stuck writing an honest review serving as a cautionary tale for others.

This is the only place I will ever stay when I come to Great Falls twice a year to visit friends and family the staff is amazing Tracy the gal that runs the breakfast in the mornings is outstanding at what she does and she is a very hospitable employee she is also a great asset to this hotel I highly highly recommend staying at this place I also recommend getting the riverfront Suites a sliding door right onto your own private sitting or balcony area facing the river

My husband and I enjoyed are stay here its clean, and comfortable located in a good location. We enjoyed the trail by the hotel next to the river. We also ate Mackenzie Pizza that was right next door.
