Big O tires had the lowest prices in town even beat Walmart. So glad I went with Big O tires I'm a happy customer!

Stationed at Malmstrom for four years and this was my go to place for all car things! Service was amazing and the gentleman there were always so helpful in pointing me in the right direction if they couldn’t do it! My years in great falls were that much better with this place!

Only been here a handful of times over the past 2 years, but the service has always been great. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tire shop.

I set an appointment for an overall inspection of a recently purchased vehicle. Big O completed the inspection in an hour, for no charge. I will definitely be back for service and tires when needed!

Beyond the disgusting fat guy with food piled up at his workstation, they have zero customer service skills. I have no problem taking my fleet business elsewhere.

They fixed a flat and put a new tire on another wheel for me this week. Quick service and good prices!

Service writers are good here. They treat the public with respect. The price is fair for the services rendered. This is a professional outfit in a not so professional town.

Great and friendly service. Called, priced tires, dropped off vehicle, installation of 4 tires and pick up all in the same day. Even got a text that the vehicle was ready for pick up before expected. Got new winter tires at good price and they individually bagged each of the removed usable seasonal tires and placed them in the vehicle for us. The team explained the rotation service, warranty, and what to expect with the winter tires to my teenage daughter and when to stop in for free services that come with our purchase. Couldn’t asks for anything more.

I have gone to Big O since they were Gus & Jacks. My dad did too! They are knowledgeable, ask questions to help you decide what product will be the best for what it’s being used for, and I don’t feel they’re trying to just make a dollar. I trust them!

Friendly service, clean store, gave us options for getting our new tires put on, dropped off the car before woo and they gave me a ride to work and picked me up afterwards. Made the whole thing very easy for us. Thank you Big O.

Great friendly service, had tire belt separation on motorhome tire. The team recommended I buy matching tires from Firestone a brand they do not carry, Firestone did not have time to install so Big O team installed on my motorhomre and got us going in 1 hour. Dinner recommendation at Boston next door was great. Smokejumper burger one of best flavored burger ever had. Thanks to Big O team got back on road quickly only the have my wife soon after trip getting out and breaking ankle in 3 locations. Big O got us going, hospital emergency room took more time.

These guys are great! I got a leak in my tire on the way to an open house and only had 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there, needless to say, I was a little late still. But to no fault of these guys, they got me in and out in 20 minutes despite being such late notice, and I was only a few minutes late when it could’ve been so much worse! Huge thanks to Mike and the crew here, hands down some of the best in town!

I've always loved this place until I found out they were using a synthetic blend instead of full synthetic the way it stated on the cap! That was after the guy that gave me my last and final oil change "forgot" to do quite a few necessary things required when doing an oil change. Yikes won't do that again!

Had to finally get new tires for my truck. Researched tires with specs I was interested in and gave Big O a call. I typically have used them in the past for tires and so felt comfortable with them. Mike was great on the phone, let me know they didn't have my initial preferred tire in stock but gave me some alternatives/comparables. Arrived at my appointment, the next day mind you (got in quick), briefly talked about tire options with Mike and chose what I wanted. Hung out while they placed tires (1 hour, what expected and I kept myself busy so I have no complaints) and left with no issues/concerns. Tires look "sessy" and I'm very excited for the safety and stability I'm hoping to feel come winter weather. All was smooth and I appreciate Big O being local and a constant I can go to. We'll see how the tires pan out over time but I'd definitely go back to Big O. I already have been.
