I was looking for a particular spec Trek Domane to take on vacation the following week. Kelby assured me that it could be ordered and ready to go. I ordered it on Thursday, it arrived the following Wednesday. It was assembled and ready to pick up by the next afternoon including setting up the tubeless tires. Perfect timing and it is great bike! Big Sky is where it’s at! I went in several times to ask ALL the questions before deciding which bike to take home. I had a different associate each time, and they were all wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating, and most of all patient with all of my questions. Being a beginner, I was never once intimidated because I didn’t know the lingo. I would highly recommend this shop! Great job guys, Big Sky will be getting my business forever!

Big Sky Cyclery does a great job of supporting young bikers in Helena. Besides having a large shop and knowledgeable staff, they offer bike camps to support young riders and donate to the local youth bike club.

We were unsure about which bike we wanted to buy for our sons 10th birthday. Jim had two that weren't out on the floor yet. He had them assembled over the weekend so we could look at them both before making our decision. We very much appreciated the extra time that went in to help us make a decision.

Top notch service, friendly, and helpful! I popped in on a whim and Lisa helped me understand my size, the different bikes, and sent me out to try several options. We found the perfect one and I was out the door with my new bike in short order. As a female and beginner, I was so glad Lisa and Big Sky Cyclery made sure I felt welcome, appreciated, and supported. Just wanted to give a well-deserved shout out to Tucker in the service department.
We are travellers from New Zealand who called in for repairs to two beat-up bikes we ‘inherited’ when we bought our RV.
As we expected, Tucker soon assessed one as unfixable; but as we were only in Helena for a day or two he gave top priority to getting the other one back into safe riding condition.
Despite the workload in the busy service department he had the bike ready for pickup the next day.
Awesome service from Tucker that’s left us with a great impression of Big Sky Cyclery.
