2Beware this company does not fully explain their charges when asked. I was told the first hour is $129 and after that it's $95 an hour plus materials. I shocked to get my bill that should have been for 1 hour and it was for 2 hours and 20 minutes. When I called because I thought there was an error on my bill, I was told I had to pay for the time the guy drove to and from my house AND I had to pay for him to stop at a store to get the wire before coming to my house. They don't stock anything, not even basic wire. I've been in remodeling homes for 30 years and this is a first. NOT PROFESSIONAL OR ETHICAL TO HIDE HOW A COMPANY BILLS WHEN CUSTOMER ASKS.
