Almost all my dogs and cats have gone here since the 90s. Only ones who don't are my horses. Always great with us and our animals even at end of life.

They were able to get in fairly soon as I needed to get shots done for my puppy. Once I received the shot records I noticed instead of the basic shots puppies should get: distemper and parvo; she was given a vaccine for coronavirus, cav-2, and parainfluenza (cav-2 and parainfluenza vaccines should have been administered during her second round of shots when she is 10-12 weeks). The shot was in one syringe, which is why I didn't think to ask what all they would be giving her as regular puppy shots are parvo and distemper. I did NOT want the vaccination of coronavirus for my puppy and I think they should inform their clients of what they are administering for the routine puppy shots. I called to tell her she should've informed me, I was spoken to by the vet herself getting one worded replies and didn't have a proper answer. EVEN IF THEY CAN GET YOU IN LAST MINUTE ASK PLENTY OF QUESTIONS! I will not be bringing my puppy here ever again and will never recommend them either.

Took great care of my kitten when she got fixed. So sweet and great with any questions I had. I mostly talked Michelle she made everything very easy on my cat.

We have been taking our dogs here for many years and have never had a negative experience. The entire staff is amazing and have genuine compassion for the pets in their charge. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I really appreciate the work and compassion of the staff here. They worked with us to get my pup an appointment for his second round of vaccinations and we’re able to clam my new pup mom nerves. Big sky vet is where we will be taking all of our pets from now on!

I called to ask about their availability for my kitten to get her first annual shots. While on the phone I was met with a rude women who barked single worded responses at me, only for her to cut me off and hang up on me. Not sure if she was just having a rough day, but man i’m blown away by how unprofessional that experience was.

We took our dog there and they said they would call us today and let us know about our dog's blood work and they never did. When you say you are going to do something you should do it. We are so worried about his blood work. When you call someone back, you should always leave a message, if we can't answer our cell phones. We've been losing sleep, wondering about the results of his blood work.
Other than that, we like taking our pets here.

Michelle, Terri, Katie and the Docs are always caring and take such good care of our animals.

I have had good experiences with my dog. I just attempted calling, to leave a message to inquire about getting a cat spayed. To my surprise someone picked up the phone. But I was repeatedly told it wasn’t a good time to call, I responded I just wanted to leave a message. Again told call the next day after 8, said I wouldn’t be able to and hung up. I am currently on night shift and if I could leave a message and they return the call that would be great. Otherwise I am sleeping during the business hours.
An email or something to reach out for non emergency questions during off hours. It was just incredibly unprofessional given someone is answering the phone, not offering a message service of some kind or alternate number for emergencies.

The best veterinary clinic in town. Love all the staff. Always kind and compassionate. Very reasonably priced as well.

My many fur babies have been visiting here for years, usually their whole lifetime. The ladies are amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate. They work hard and they've always helped me find treatment plans that I can afford. They are fabulous with end of life decisions and transitions.
