Probably the worst customer oriented company I've ever seen. You better know EXACTLY what you want when you go in to look for an RV. If you just want to look to get an idea of what's available. Nope.not with this company! David the salesman was far from accommodating when it came to wanting to look at a certain motorcoach. He didn't bring the keys to that one.hummm! He showed us what he wanted us to see for motorcoach. Sorry.it's my choice what I want to look at for possible purchase.not what you want me to see!

Bought my camper in 2020. Roof failed, so did they at standing behind there product. Read the fine print of your warranty before you purchase it. Worst experience for a new camper and will never buy from here again.

I CAN ONLY SAY THAT THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE DEPT. IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!
. I called to get some TVs installed, they said I had to provide the televisions, which is fine, except my measurements were off for the existing hole for the front and back televisions, instead of calling me and informing me that the televisions would not fit inside the existing cavity they threw in some 2x4s and put in a solid mount that protrudes from the cavity, shoddy at best, there is a huge gap at the bottom and the television is loose and can be moved in all directions, not a good situation for a motor home, given the vibration, no padding or filler was installed. The television in the bedroom was also mounted outside the cavity in the same fashion as the front one. I took the bus to them thinking they were professional installers, I could have “scabbed” up the mounts they put in. They charged over 600 dollars, plus materials (2x4s?) We request a new cover over a rear slide which was replaced with no regard to matching the existing covers on the other three slides or calling me to discuss color selection. Also, the convenient online clear view snapshot of the work being done was one amount, but when I arrived to pick up the unit the final bill was much more. Their communication was terrible as well, I put in several calls on a Monday to discuss a light issue and never got through or got a call back from anyone

This was the worst experience ever trying to purchase a rv. We drove 500 miles to purchase a 2021 Outback. Please note they knew we were driving our trade in this far. The unit was not as represented. It had been lived-in, smoked in, there were burn marks on the counter in the bathroom, the walls and ceiling were yellow, and the floor was so spongy that I questioned if it was even safe.
We weren't even greeted walking in the door. We wasted $500 in diesel! Awful!

Going to Bish's Bozeman was one of the best sales experiences we have ever had. We have been looking for a travel trailer for a while and we decided to travel from Helena to Bozeman to see what they had. We were immediately greeted by Tom who was very welcoming and went above and beyond to help us pick out what we wanted. We originally weren't sure the Baja package would work for our vehicle that would be towing it, he went and took us out back and even went online to see if they needed to have a camper delivered that we wanted. He even went back and talked to the shop guys to see if we needed to special order something or if our vehicle would be equipped to handle the baja package. We discovered we didn't need to special order anything, from another Bish's, so he then took us out to look at what was there again. We had brought our kids with us so they had an input in what we bought (age 5 and 8) they were treated very well. They were given snacks, had coloring pages to color, and Tom got them a prize from the treasure chest so they had other toys to play with while in the play area. Once we decided on a deal, we scheduled to travel back the next Friday. When we came to pick up our camper, they took us through how everything works, took time to answer any and all questions we had, we had to have our vehicle re-wired to tow the camper (which we knew and had set up to have done ahead of time) while we waited for our vehicle to be done, we looked around the shop/service area. The parts and service guy was very helpful and honest. He gave us input on things we did and didn't need including input on which kind of generator we should keep and eye our for. While we were waiting for things to get wrapped up, Derek went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. He sent us out to get dinner and come back, insisting that we take our time and that he was not in a rush to leave and that he wanted us to be taken care of and happy with our experience and didn't have to tow a camper to a restaurant to eat on our way out. Once we got back, he took time to make sure we knew the best and safest way to hook up the stabilizer hitch, did one more walk around and made sure were happy before we left.we are very happy we bought our new camper here!
