They are VERY helpful and approachable with questions…they helped us out, even though we didn’t have an appt, told us to come on in and they helped us that same day…I will DEFINITELY be taking my camping trailer back to them…

I was needing my unit winterized the other day and Hunter got me in and out same day. Great customer service! Definitely going back!

I'll try to keep it brief. Do not work with Robert if you need attention to detail. I made him aware of one small problem we had to work around and he ignored it, or didn't possess the knowledge (even though he is supposedly a seasoned salesman). This oversight caused serious issues in my life that required a lot of time and stress I didn't need. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix it he blamed me and drug it out to the point I had to spend more time I don't have to spare calling to reach the manager, who was able to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes.

I'm sure if you have enough cash on hand to buy outright the experience is different, as with any salesman. He was nice on the first meeting, then became clingy and asking why I'm not responding when I'm working all day every day to make the money for this. It was just an experience I won't repeat and I will not send people I know need knowledge and attention to detail to him. Maybe the other salesperson (s) are better; I don't know and I don't have any more time to spend on it.

Just bought a new StarCraft Autumn Ridge 182RB from Blue Compass in Kalispell Montana at a great price! Cheapest in the nation that I could find, wonderful service and Josh D.in sales was very helpful and not pushy at all. Really a great experience and I can’t wait to get out and start camping.
