I have never been more comfortable and listen to at a doctors. I have seen multiple people and all my experience have been great!

As a new patient, I wasn't expecting to be able to get an appointment right away, but was thrilled that they were able to get me in the next day. My appointment was with the nurse practitioner, Callie, and she was fantastic. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was seen promptly - right at my appointment time - and she took time with me and didn't rush through our visit so she could get to her next patient, neither of which of those are typical scenarios at other physician offices. Check in was smooth, and Mikala at the front desk was super cheerful, professional and helpful. All around a great visit and would highly recommend!

I go here and see Abby. She and the staff here have been great. I would recommend BCFH to others.

I was billed $198 for a <4 minute phone call when I asked them "how I go about transferring my records". I waited online in the call room for 23 minutes prior to the call because they were backed up. No medical advice was given, no prescriptions were written up, no office visits were made and no medical services were rendered. I WOULD NOT recommend Bozeman Creek Family Health.

Stay far away. I am 44 and finally in some of the best health I have ever been. Dr Knutson assured me sugar wasn't my issue and since I cut it out all of my symptoms have gone away and I found a new DR. Edited to say: She also gave me a diagnoses without discussing it with me so when I applied for an insurance policy we had conflicting statements and the policy was denied.

I had several offputting experiences here but the final one was what made me decide to switch my provider. They were unable to get my prescription to me while i was out of state for an entire week, after i had called SEVERAL times. The first few times i called i was waiting in cvs hours away from where i needed to drive to, and let them know this, and first they said it would be sent in 30 minutes, i called 40 minutes later and was told to wait another hour. Called an hour later and was told they now “didnt know” when they could send my prescription. Finally after waiting hours outside the pharmacy i left, and called a few more times over the next few days only to be told the same thing and have any questions i asked dodged. Only after i lost my patience and left a very angry voicemail (due to the effects on my mood from not having my medicine for a week lol) did they fill my prescription. By that time it was a week later, and i was a week late on my dose which i am supposed to be taking weekly so i basically just skipped an entire dose. After this I decided to switch providers and things have been much smoother.

My primary care provider moved to Bozeman Creek. I'm not able to get an appointment. They will not take my insurance and now I will have to find a different Primary Care provider. Staff was unempathetic I would not recommend this place.

Ridiculously unprofessional. Annual wellness would be delayed or cancelled entirely without notice. Need to find a new primary care provider as clearly patients aren’t a priority here.

Adding some more info: receptionist replied to me claiming they schedule wellness 4-5 months out so that they won’t be cancelled or delayed, despite this I had my annual delayed twice causing months of delays to my appointment. Next annual wasn’t even put on schedule or removed without informing me. Physician failed to provide referral to a specialist. Pretty much this clinic failed at doing everything a family health clinic is supposed to do.

Adding some MORE info: manager of clinic just called my personal phone to fake an apology but mostly provide excuses and call me disrespectful. If hearing a patients opinion is considered disrespectful you and your staff truly have no business in healthcare.

Dr. Pikul is amazing! She really listened to me and provided a holistic view of my health. It's so hard to find good doctors - I highly recommend her!

I had my first appointment with Abigail Bosoluke recently and I have to say it was one of the best appts I’ve had in years. I had a lot to say and was very nervous and Abigail never once made me feel rushed like a lot of doctors do. She was incredibly kind and understanding and made me feel completely comfortable to just be myself with no judgment. She is genuinely very caring and down to earth. I am so grateful I found her! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
