We were shown respect and consideration while navigating finding a camper to fit our families long need list. We were even able to take a test tow and found that our camper towed like a dream. Thank you Bretz! Due to freezing temperatures the handles broke on the black and grey tank valves while traveling across the country. Everywhere else they were either on backorder or we were going to have to replace the entire valve. Not a huge deal, we could have used pliers to open them but decided to just get on the road since our valves were froze shut anyway. Bretz RV was the only one that actually had the handles. Brad was very friendly on the phone and helpful. He took the time to double check that they were in stock. They also allowed us to dump our tanks, and use the restrooms. But the best part was they were all friendly, helpful and greeted us with smiles. Thank you Bretz in Butte MT!

Frankly I was concerned when I learned they were purchased by Bretz. We took our Alta in for warranty replacement of shower door. Didn’t start well. Dropped it off on Thursday morning with agreement that I would pick it up at 5: 30. When I picked it up NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! Since I had towed it from Helena I was not happy but agreed to come back Friday. Well they were very apologetic about the fumble, fixed the unit promptly and even gifted me a very nice made in Montana cooler as a gesture of their good will. My misgivings were unfounded!

Simply the best! We have dealt with many RV dealers and these guys (Patrick, Chad, Tiffany) were the best I have ever come across. They were able to meet our price. They had the Alta trailer ready when asked for. They were waiting for us as we drove in. The 2 hour PDI was professional and complete. Then we did DOCs with Tiff and it was smooth as silk. We had a couple minor issues a couple days later and they dropped what they were doing and fixed them all. So glad we traveled to Butte to do business there.

Chris McCollum is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my dealings. It was my first time buying a camper with little knowledge of campers. And the guy walked me through everything I asked. Best thing I enjoyed is he didn’t try upselling me or be that arrogant salesman we all despise. He’s absolutely awesome. Ten out of ten would recommend!

My husband and I were looking to purchase a new trailer. We went to Brett's RV and couldn't have been more pleased. Brad, our salesman was exceptional in his knowledge of the product and equally as professional and pleasant to deal with. I can't say enough about how these gentlemen took care of me. I'm travelling on my own to Illinois from Olympia. My slide got stuck. They took me in right away. Fixed my slide and even replaced access panels for the manual controls and had me on the road in 45 minutes. They didn't charge me! Good service is still alive and well in this great country and good RV dealers exist! Please give them your service. They deserve it!

Had a service warranty issue while on the road. They fit me in their busy schedule and after ordering the parts and few days they had me all ready to go. Tried trading up, and Chris and Tyffanie worked their butts off on the deal, it just didn’t work out on my end. Everyone there was super nice and helpful.

Very bad. My folks went to them looking for a used camper. They were shown photos of a 5th wheel at Bretz Billings location. After purchase it was delivered with furniture missing and no keys! My folks were told to just jam a screw driver in the door lock to open it. Bretz owner said "I never lock my camper. " Folks had to remove the locks and take them to a lock smith to get keys made. Lock smith said it was the third customer from Bretz who didn't get keys for their RV. You know they have them. Just couldn't be bothered to find the right set. After purchase had issues with water system. Don't go to them.

Brad is an outstanding salesman! Very knowledgeable, no pressure, and good stories to tell! I would highly recommend him, especially to a first time buyer because of his laid-back style and his insight into what you might need or want. This is not our first rv and I owned a car dealership for twenty five years. So, to meet Brad was a real pleasure. Thank you!
