Bridger Steel Belgrade

I ordered $3,500 in metal siding from Bridger Steel in March, 2022 and was given a delivery date of mid-July. They required full payment in March.

Mid-July has come and gone and I was told they do not have the material for my order, don't expect to receive the material in the near future and they suggest cancelling the order and they will issue a refund.

I cancelled the order with Bridger Steel, placed my order with ProTech in Billings and received the order in 3 days.

Now in late August, 6 weeks after canceling the order, I am receiving emails saying they can not give me a date when I can expect my $3,500 refund.

Bridger Steel clearly has no funding and will be going out of business soon I would assume. Unfortunately they continue to take customer money and are essentially running a ponzi scheme by refunding older orders with money from newer orders that they have no intention to honor.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO BRIDGER STEEL EXPECTING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR A REFUND

Update - As of November 1,2022, I have not received any refund which Bridger Steel has been holding since March, 2022. I have received emails promising the refund would be paid in installments on specific dates but those dates have come and gone with no refund issued.

Update: As expected Bridger Steel filed for bankruptcy protection in January 2023 and management stole thousands of dollars from their customers.

I worked with Kyle and his customer service was exceptional! I am building a house and getting quotes from tons of different people and companies for many different products, and in general it's a confusing and frustrating process but Kyle made the process easy and pleasant. He was quick to respond, he followed up with everything and was so reliable. I am very impressed!

BUYER BEWARE! This company is losing their credibility all over! They are taking orders and not supplying materials; and then hanging people out to dry on their refunds. Look all over facebook, there are a bunch of people still fighting to get their money back. Very unethical company.

Avoid Bridger Steel at all costs. They continue to hold our money without delivering any product after 14 months now. They have avoided our phone calls, punted responsibility and we're now having to pay more for attorney fees to help us get a refund for our residential project. I am so disgusted and fed up with this company and I hope no other family or small business suffers at their hands.
