How anybody could give these guys less than 5 stars is way beyond me! Thanks you guys couldn't have been any better!

I was in established patient at Bridger I was not happy with the prior service that I've gotten but when no vets are taking new patients you doesn't leave you with a whole lot of choice when your animal gets sick period my bill didn't know that many money and I got insurance because I couldn't afford to just keep paying that kind of money out-of-pocket who can? So when I called and told them that he needed to be seen and that I hadn't sure and they told me it was too much of a hassle that they'd send his records to the vet that doesn't exist who isn't taking new patients. The prior 2 times I took him they gave him back to me still sick, didn't give me any medication, no instructions, in fact that didn't even bother to come out and say anything to me, the reception just handed me my dog, and a bill for $670.00 throwing him in a kennel overnight. They are by far the worst vet I've ever taken any of my dogs too easily it's not even a competition whatsoever the best vet I ever took my dog too was Elkhorn in Townsend they are amazing. If you care about your pet and your bank account don't take your animal to Bridger because they will do the minimum if that and charge you the maximum.

Extremely professional, excellent service and care. Staff is truly kind and knowledgeable.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I believe it's a sad commentary that the clinic is no longer open for after hour emergency care or on weekends for pets who are suffering and in distress and need immediate attention.

Dr. Travis Wilfong took the time to listen to our concerns, made suggestions to help our situation and was excellent with our dog.

My dog was very sick and not going to survive
Dr. Travis was honest about our options and helped us process the news. He and his staff are very empathetic and understanding. I loved the care my dog received.

They take good care of our cat and dogs. They can do emergency visits for $45 plus the cost of the visit.

Docs are great but officr people need some training. I left my dog there on a urgent care visit. She an old dog who hadnt been eating for 3 days. The gal failed to tell the doc important info like she had been vomitimg, losing weight not eating. She had tumors in her lungs (not kennel cough). She was dying and when I complained about it the dic was great but the office gal could even say sooy.

I have been using Bridger Vet for my 3 kitties for 3 years now. Bridger does an absolutely amazing job. I know they genuinely care about the pets they see. And I love that they are able to work with a huge range of animals. From naked kitties to horses! The staff is all great and always goes above and beyond for us! 100% recommend:)

I've always had great service at Bridger. Everyone is really nice. We see Dr. Travis, who is really nice and personable.

Always great people to work with and they can usually fit you in to the schedule fairly quickly.

Best vet in Helena! They've taken amazing care of my dog! Update 1/6/2023: still the best! Thanks to everyone at Bridger!

The staff and Dr. Steve were all friendly. Wasn't thrilled about sitting in car until they were ready for Dolly. Felt Dr was too rushed to take time to get to know my dog and me. They need more drs on board.

I have used Bridger Veterinary for years and they are amazing. They updated their equipment and actually sent out reminders.

My dog got into something and couldn't stand or walk called them and the woman told me to call somewhere else because my dog isn't a patient there told her there was nowhere else open and my dog need medical attention and she said she didn't care there not taking new clients I thought just like a hospital if it's an emergency they would make an exception but they don't care about you or your loved pet

Even down a doc, they were professional, efficient and calm. We received their full attention and care. Love these folks!

My young cat had a petite mal seizure. Dr. Travis was able to see her very quickly, did a full blood panel (thankfully all normal!), did a thorough check up and decided it was a one-time event. Very pleased and impressed with his 'bedside' manner - reassuring, competent and professional. All the staff I encountered were similar. Definitely recommend Bridger!

The staff are super hard working and try so hard to empathetically meet my needs as a customer. I'm so grateful for their service and wish they could help everyone but understand how short they are. Thank you for being good to me and my babies
