This company is such a scam. If I could give zero stars I would. Refusing to actually tow my vehicle when I called via roadside assistance through my insurance unless we paid an extra $225 on top of the $800+ my insurance allotted. My car sat for over 24 hours after when they said they would be dispatching a tow truck. HORRIBLE customer service.
Do not use this company.

These guys are a scam…tried to double bill. Said insurance company did not pay and that we would have to pay before dispatch and then get reimbursed. Insurance said they were already settled
