Brown's Rebuild Center, Billings MT

I emailed a question & got a quick response. Talked on the phone a few times, and was treated respectfully. I got the transfer case I needed and will use Brown's exclusively from now on.

Rick helped me with my 4runner and its manual transmission problems. They were fast, fair priced, and got me on the road. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I will be a lifetime customer of Browns no matter where I’m at. My transmissions torque converter was starting to shutter after the whole transmission was rebuilt by Browns.

Torque converters are off the shelf parts and not rebuilt in house by Browns or most rebuilders, so not even a part Browns personally rebuilt.
I was a bit past the 3yr/36000 warranty. Past on years, not in miles since this truck is my tow rig and not driven often.
I contacted Rex at Browns about my issues. He agreed my converter was failing and without much discussion said he wold have an exact replacement transmission built to the same specs as the last out the door in a few days.
I was not expecting anything, and am still shocked that they stood by their work so well.

A new rebuilt Transmission showed up day’s later painted, new internals, pan, torque converter, fluid and filter and build sheet was the same as the last. Needless to say it works great!

I brought some space ship looking parts out of a beat up 700R4 to Rex and the team at Brown's fearing the worst.
