Buffalo Wild Wings, Butte MT

Won't be returning. I can go to any bar and watch games and get drinks, probably better priced. I went there for the food, which was unsatisfying. Sorry, but the service was lacking as well, just wasn't as bad as the food

Ordered 40 minutes ahead, two items. Still waited for food 50 minutes beyond when it should have been ready and decided to leave without it. Paid 30 bucks to waste my time. Bartender was nice.

Not busy, but could not get timely service. 3 male staff members working the floor. Could not get assistance. An employee looked right at my group and then went to socialize.

I have eaten here many times before and I liked it, but just now I brought a take out and after started eating upon coming home, I found a hair in my fries. I called them and let them know. They acknowledged and apologized, but did not offer reimbursement or replacement. I havent finished even half of my fries but now I gotta throw it away. After paying nearly 30$. So I will not come back anymore.

Awful service. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and an hour after that to get our food. Never got refills.

Waited for 30 min to get our food.arrived cold without our fries, waited 10-15 min to get our drinks refilled.server was rude. Bartender was ok, he was working as fast as he could with no help. You guys need to get more people!

First, the positive: it was clean, servers were friendly the place was and attentive, the bartender was AMAZING and the griz game was on!
Now the con: the place was 80+ degrees - no AC because the owners don’t want to turn it on. Haven’t turned it on all summer. It was cooler outside! If I lived in Butte, I would not return. I don’t know how you expect patrons eat in that heat, let alone employees to work. That’s not ok. Do better.

The food was delicious I loved it. The service was decent, but it's understandable because it looked like they were understaffed. Overall, I good place to eat.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. Terrible service. Lazy, rude and painful to even sit in this restaurant. Not worth the time. Stay away.

It was super busy and understaffed. We sat and waited over 30 minutes for service - and nothing. We moved to sit at the bar. Service was immediate and friendly. Wings were good but the sauce we chose was VERY salty; inedible. Overall I wouldn't likely go back.

Waited 30 mins this place. Asked a waiter to get my order taken, but she all walked by and looked at us.

My family’s experience at your restaurant was nothing short of ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT and DISGUSTING behaviour of a male staff member. I have NEVER been greeted by such ignorance, laziness and PIG manner and taken to a table. No hello, good evening, smile, but an ill mannered, OBNOXIOUS, how many’? What a animal! That black haired pathetic excuse for a human being later pushed past me and my 9 year old DISABLED SON, hands on him, shoved him into tables and chairs whilst slowly walking to the bathroom. WHAT IS WITH THAT! My son’s CEREBRAL PALSY side of his body, operated RIGHT SIDE OF HEAD, was what hit the furniture. He did CRY. I calmed him in the toilet. I’m SICKENED TO THE CORE.
If I was in my country I would have pressed charges to mention the least.
I spoke with manager on duty.
I have 5 business in our country, 2 being food, and THAT ENTITLED, ISSUE RIDDEN, GOOD FOR NOTHING, NON TEAM PLAYER, LOW LIFE GRUB needs to go.
Such a disaster ending to Father’s Day on our beautiful family holiday.
I’m heart broken for our disabled son being treated with such filth that we pride ourselves in protecting him from.

Food is always delicious, the service is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. I love getting their sample platter appetizer

Food was horrible, took forever, place was very dirty. Salad took forever to come out, was wilted, tasted like old cafeteria food, came without dressing, wings were dried out and I'm not sure they even had the sauces on them (my first time eating here so no frame of reference). Took a long, long time for food to come out. Food and napkins on floor. Would give negative stars if possible. Wish I had walked out. Worst eating out experience I've had in at least 20 years.

The service was awesome! We arrived in Butte late, tired, and hungry! BWW was open late, and the food was both visually appealing and delicious. Thank you for being so hospitable as we made our way through town.

I have time to write this review while I sit in a restaurant with the same amount of visible staff as there are tables of people. Maybe 5. It has been over 15 minutes and everyone else has been being sat. Helped, whatever. I have yet to be acknowledged at the front counter waiting for a pickup order that should have been done 30 min ago and probably done but haven't been helped so have zero idea. If I hadn't already paid for my food I'd leave.

We got into the restaurant and there was no one at the front of the house. We waited for 10 minutes and still no one came. We tried to get the attention of a few of the servers but no one came over to talk to us. One of the servers made eye contact with us and then just walked away. We finally got fed up and just ended up leaving.
