Buffalo Wild Wings, Kalispell MT

Fun place to go. My drink tasted like whiskey, vodka and water, it was gross. When it came time to pay, had to hunt people down to take my money. Could have easily skipped the bill and just walked out,

Worst service ever! This is the second time i come to eat here! First time the waitress didnt attend us for an hour. No menu and no order for our food. I had to get up and ask someone else to get our order. The lady didnt even hesitate to say anything to us. Second time, this gentleman couldnt even add another taco because we cant just order extras. I asked for a micheleda/ red beer and he didnt even know what it was that he only brought us a dam shot of clamato and the beer on the side. Giving us attitude. Like we feel uncomfortable for me and my husband not to get attend right. I know some white folks dont like hispanics but come on. We should be getting treated the same. And the best way to do so is to attend who ever how we need to be treated. Better reviews for the restaurant! In the other hand I LOVE WING!

Upon walking in hostess no where to be found. Waited 5 min, asked a nearby server if he could seat us. While noticing a near empty dinning room he said there was a wait list. Once seated waiter took our appetizer and drink order. Drinks were delivered, waited for 48 min and no food. We left will not return. Very disappointed, management really needs to step it up. Very poorly ran restaurant.

Seating was a little slow, pricing was what you would expect. Food was very good and cooked exactly how we ordered. Would recommend!

Used to be amazing. But the long wait times and what they are attempting to pass as wings has diminished how I previously felt.

Service terrible. Sat down at bar, took bartender over 5 minutes to notice. Not a full bar either. Ordered food to go and a drink while I wait. Waited for about 20 mins for food which is close to average. But the place was dead. My drink went dry and had to wait 10 minutes for bartender to realize I need a refill. The entire half hour I sat down two trays and an empty glass from the previous customer remained in front of me. Directly in front of me and I had to push them out of the way. What really got me is when I get back to the hotel my burger didn’t come with a side and my salad had no dressing. $40 for something I could of got at McDonald’s $8.

Oh my. Where to start. Entered the place at 8 pm. Waited for 12 minutes until we flagged down a waiter who told us we needed to wait for the hostess. The place was nearly empty and she told us there was a waitlist. Seated and ordered beer and appetizers. Waited 40 minutes and left. Wont be back. Dont waste your time.

Pre-ordered over the phone at 4pm, for a pick up at 5: 20pm. At 5: 45pm still standing here waiting for the food. Apparently 3 cooks called in. This restaurant has really bad staffing issues, nobody seems to want to work for them. It is a good thing we didn't have plans or an appointment to get to and had a ton of time to just stand around a restaurant and wait. If you go here set aside 3 or more hours you can wait.

While I would love to rate the food, my first time ever trying to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kalispell did not allow that. My children and myself were seated at a table and that was all the service we got. Our server never showed, never even got a drink, although the place was plenty staffed and the tables next to us, and seated after us were getting served. We waited about 30 minutes and finally got up and left. I’m a pretty understanding person when places are short staffed but there were many people on shift and the restaurant seemed pretty calm. It was like we weren’t even there.pretty weird experience.

If I could give zero stars I would, poor service, poor management, over an hour wait for a 2 person table, meanwhile half the restaurant is unused. If you do get a table, you can garantee a long wait for prebattered chciken that takes 6 mins to fry. Tired of the excuse of being short staffed. If you can't accomadate ALL your guests don't open. Owner needs to figure their stuff out because it's just a pitiful excuse of a restaurant.

I could never go back and not miss anything. It is always something, messed up food, closed early, not open at all. More hassle then it is worth to try and plan a trip there.

Food was amazing! Great atmosphere and servers! Can be a bit on the pricey side but it is definitely well worth it.

Food was decent. Service was horrible.
1. Weren’t given plates/utensils until we asked.
2. Took forever to refill waters.
3. Messed up multiple orders.
4. Took forever to give us the check.
The place was not crowded so there’s really no excuse.

I had a takeout order With Alissa and she was the sweetest person there she helped me with so much and i got my food so fast! I believe alissa deserves a raise for the hard work she does!

Servers are always attentative and fast. Sometimes the place is busy bc of football games but I've never had an order be incorrect!

On June 13,2023 at 9: 15p.m. My daughter and I went to the Kalispell location after going to a movie. Both my daughter and I are legally classified as disabled and need disability accommodations. The server that approached us when we came in knew this, as they had served us before. When we asked for a booth, we were told the kitchen was closed, they were no longer serving food and we could leave now. Another couple came in and were seated in the high top section. Realizing the restaurant wasn't closed my family again asked for a booth. We were refused a booth and not offered any other seating. We then placed a to go service and left. My daughter and I feel discriminated against due to our disability. We have been going to this location since it opened in 2014 and are blazing reward members. I will never step foot into Kalispell's Buffalo Wild Wings again, and suggest people with disabilities be wary of this location.
