Burger King, Billings MT

I can't believe this place is still in business. The food was absolutely terrible. Over price and service is terrible. The whopper is no more.

The Burger King franchise is not going to survive in Billings. Every single one of them is closing, slowly but surely. Even the one in the Heights can't get its act together. Downtown 27th Street - CLOSED. Grand Avenue - CLOSED. Shiloh Road - CLOSED. King Avenue West - BARELY open.

There's nothing more frustrating than driving into this place, seeing there is no one in the lobby, being the only car in the drive through and being told to wait with NO CARS IN FRONT OF YOU AND NO ONE EATING INSIDE. Told to pull forward after taking orders with no one behind you, due to "racetrack" scores.

The manager and owner of this establishment needs to understand this: either get your act in gear, or close this place down. Filthy floors, counters unwiped, garbage - being told to wait when you go inside because the drive-through is slow as hell, and getting the same 3-minute wait.

This used to be the best Burger King in Billings, and now it's easily the worst. Give your employees the training and support they are desperately looking for and get in the trenches with them. Get a system in place for cleaning the tables. Pay your employees what they're worth and give the decent benefits.

To the manager and the owner of this place - treat your employees right, give them better training, pay them well, give them benefits worthy of their work and get in the trenches with them. The days of sitting in the office playing Solitaire on the computer will catch up with you. You are doing a disservice to the community, but worse you are letting down your employees who actually make the money to support you. Make change, or let economics make changes for you.

Heed this warning about your poor management, or expect a Montana Lil's or a Lucky Lil's or some other "Lil's" casino to buy you out and add another casino in a town that is already too full of casinos.

I've been waiting for my Doordash order for over 15 mins.was directed from drive thru to the front with my drinks.two cars have come and left.this is unacceptable and unexcusable! It's been 20 minutes and now I'm still waiting lights are out and he's just don't around there I'm really not happy!

I vary rarely do bad reviews. If I don't have anything nice to say, I don't say anything at all. This place, though, i hope the owner sees this and runs there.then works there full time until things get under control. I will not go there again.

There were only a few people there who looked overworked and miserable. They didn't greet us while we waited. She just walked back and forth several times without even saying just a minute. The back kitchen area looked gross with gloves just laying on the floor by the trash which was full.

The soda station was out of more than half of the options and was filthy. Both trash cans in the lobby were overflowing. Now I have worked in food, I understand a busy day. Maybe they missed it. But this was the whole entire lobby was filthy. Every table, trash can, plus the floor. It was disgusting.

The food came out, and my mozzarella sticks tasted super old, like they had been cooked 4 hours ago. They are usually good at BK. The marinara was in a prepped container and was expired and sour. The chicken nuggets and fries were old, dark, and cripsy. If I wasn't so cheap, I wouldn't have let my kids eat them. The burger was okay, ill give them that.

I hate to say negative things about a place or complain. But someone needs to know about this. I hope this helps someone before they stop by, or maybe management, to improve this one. We usually love Burger King!

Worst experience ever. Waited 15 minutes, never brought food out and had to go inside to get it. When home, Order was completely wrong. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. No customer service skills at all.

Tried to order to drive through they double charged then smiled at the window said there was nothing they could. Do I left never trust this place

Floor and tables are sticky! Food, sauce trash everywhere, i understand they are hiring! 3 stars more than what deserves.

I wish that someone could see my pictures and do something!

I loved to eat here. My whopper burger was excellent cooked, and my mom loved her scramble eggs as well.we will definitely keep coming back here! Good customer service too! Thanks again for a good outstanding meal!

After my experience here this morning, it's no wonder that the Burger Kings in Billings are all closing up. What part of leaving a customer hanging at the drive-thru for over 30 seconds before even acknowledging them, then making them sit for another 3 minutes without acknowledging them again is acceptable? Also, the staff here needs a serious attitude readjustment. Literally three Burger Kings in the last year have closed. Pretty pathetic, huh?

The service was horrible. When I pulled up to the intercoms the worker was rushing me. When I got my food the chicken fries were cold and the bread on my spicy sandwich was not toasted and was soggy and they for got a drink or to. The kids meal had nothing in it but fries and 4 nuggets thrown into the bag. 10 out of 10 don't recommend

For fast food, it's priced right, hot, and tasty! Went through the drive-thru & had to wait in the parking lot but it was worth it. I never eat here but should frequent more often. The fries were piping hot & delicious as I snacked on my drive home. I like those chicken fries as well. Good eating!

Ordered our food asked if it was to go or stay we said stay, sat down and waited and waited and waited for our food, finally after 15 minutes my husband went and asked how much longer for our food and the response was what did you have so then the employee tells the other employee he needed our order again horrible experience but food was fresh and good this time,

Worst Fast Food in this town. They cheated me on my order and didn't give me the entire order. Called store and they did nothing. Said manager would contract me. Never called me. Then I went back to see manager and they refused to give me the food I had paid for. Just a bunch of liars and cheaters with super slow service and bad food.

Very nice Burger King. Clean and bright. Food is as expected. Service is another story. When you arrive you will not be greeted until they are ready to help you. The wait is long, but still nothing. Just stand and wait, eventually they will acknowledge you.
